In this video we speak to Fankie Paz, who lives full time in her cosy narrowboat in the heart of the big city, and who shares a very honest and open story of how she came to be living in a boat in London.
After falling in love in the jungles of Latin America, Frankie brings the essence of nature and community into the concrete jungle of London. From her stunning boat, Zambezi, learn how Frankie finds balance in a city bustling with energy while staying connected to nature.
We get a full tour of her boat, Zambezi, from the bedroom where she wakes up to the sunrise, the 'terrace' where friends gather for sunbathing afternoons, to the kitchen where Frankie creates her magic, cooking up plant feasts for the members of her supper clubs!
We get an insight into the simplicity and beauty of living alternatively, from chopping wood to feeding the fire, as Frankie shares the joys and challenges of her unique lifestyle.

Wtaf have I just watched...Wow guys, that content was absolutely amazing, more than amazing. Frankie certainly has the right balance in her life. She's someone who needs to be listened to. I agree with her grandmothers analogy regarding where we are with mental health and the possible reasons. I really really enjoyed that vid, well done for sourcing Frankie out... I like Frankie, she has a good sole and is full of life unlike many people stuck in the rat race. The boat looks like a great place to live, most definitely cheaper than a house when it comes t bills. I don't think I could do zone 2 in London but a narrow boat yes.
