    The training is the big thing here. Its gonna take a bit, but the pay is like 5k per month, cause what some people wont tell you is that you get bonuses. Lots of bonuses. But the training takes a bit and you will work long hours sometimes. Good if you want money, extremely easy job if your used to restocking and merchandising, but if you wanna go party with friends on the weekend and have beers 3 days a week, this is not for you.

    I’m happy I quit. Cause that shit was terrible and the pay didn’t match the work load Lmfaoo. That shit made me push my self HARD ASF to get my cdl license and endorsements. And it played out well. Wish y’all the best man

    @@nickwick35 It was ok, didn’t like the days I had to work, had to work every weekend and the hours I had to work suck. Pay wasn’t that bad however CSX railroad called me and I was hired by them which is much better in pay. That’s who I work for now.

    @Michael Prepetit I was just recently offered a position for a RSR and accepted. I did see a job position just opened up for a Delivery Specialist, Is there any pros and cons between the two. I’m transferring over recently from Active duty Military so long hours won’t be a issue.

    I’ve been trying to get this job since like 2017 when a rt sales person recommended me. But now I’m at the post office and figures Frito-Lay is hiring desperately….. I might go with Frito-Lay… seems like an overwork load just like the post office. But only difference is I won’t be walking in the rain or cold anymore. Plus Frito-Lay pays more

    Honestly Frito-Lay isn't bad. I been here since may and it's awesome. It's labor of course it's gonna be hard work at times but it's worth it. I started off at 75k a year and I already have my own route. I use to work at coolers, FedEx, and fast food restaurants. This job is WAY better. Plus you are on your own so thats a huge plus

    I will say Frito lay compared to like Lewis bread, for only 2k pay less at Lewis (which you don’t work OT nor does they pay change that 59k is yours and it comes every week. But at Lewis you don’t have to load shit, you walk in the back drop the bread, take empties, keep it rolling.

    It's not too bad. You work about 10 hrs a day. Just really depends how much you got for the day and how much you have to do per store. I usually start about 4 home by 6 or so mostly due to me having a hour drive home.
