Frito-Lay is not for the weak at heart😳 I’m a newly promoted RSR, I started as a merchandiser, then RSA, and here I am as a RSR now.. I currently run a large format dedication and commitment is the key..Laziness has no place for you here 😂

I also work for Frito lay. Rolled my ankle in June last year and had to have surgery. Just got cleared to go back to work today waiting for the DOT to process and back at it!

Monday’s are always the toughest. When I get to my first store it’s always a mess, but I get in there, do what I’ve got to do.

Yea that’s definitely the wake up part getting your mind back to work,i think we all hate Mondays

I work in the factory. When I started it was all by hand . We packed 60 cases every 15 minutes

Just applied to Frito Lay I appreciate the videos hopefully they call me back

I'm and rsr in chicago i ran 9k 270 cases off the truckthis past saturday it's not for lazy people for sure

It definitely gets hectic somedays.

I worked for Pepsi for 2 1/2 years, was a nightmare, most days were chill and work got done accordingly but others it was like abuse from managers and company. so many times I wanted to just walk off. I eventually got new job elsewhere. Happier now I’m gone

What was your job

I drove a route for a local Anheuser Busch distributor for a couple years, and I gotta say... I can already tell this work is easy street in comparison. Sad part is, the pay is better too.

I'm curious, I've been a route salesman in the Seattle area for 3 years now and I'm curious how different it is to work as a route sales representative or assistant in the New York area. Do you go into Manhattan often? Are those routes any good?

I only service Long Island ny. The building in Brooklyn services Manhattan

Hello sir, I was just hired in the Daytona Florida area as Rsr. I’m just curious about the pay scale which is up to 58,200, which is confusing to me the way the pay is explained. Roughly how much will I bring home weekly with everything added into it? I’m trying to compare it with my current job now to make sure I don’t cut myself too short. I currently bring home roughly 1,100 weekly with 13hrs overtime. Will it be roughly around the same? Just curious

@@Michaelprep yes that’s with all taxes and insurance taken out in Florida. That’s working 53hrs a week. 13 hrs overtime at time and a half

4500 for the day. I average 200 cases a day packed out as a FTM.

Do you reuse your boxes or throw them away every day?

I did17 years as a merchandiser, i used this as a part time job to build my pest control business,otherwise i would taken a rsr position

No CDL for RSR. You will need a DOT Physical and Drug Test. FritoLay pays for it in the hiring process.

I do less than 40 hrs on my route but i also do edps which puts me at 45 + , pay isnt bad as long as i work edps

What's edps? How long before you got your own route? I just got offered RSA for target pay of 63,000 is this pretty accurate in terms of expected pay?

@@frankv2314 just started as an RSA in socal with expected target of 66k/year. With a 50 hour work week I think I will clear over 68 or 69 just judging off my first few paychecks.
