I cut off seven best friends (they were so toxic) lost the love of my life when he ran off and got married to a 26 old and my dad was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer with a three year life expectancy. Your videos have given me hope. Your producer Samson is amazing hehe. ❤

Lord no! $625k on that little house-smaller than mine (ours is worth about 100k in this market and the yard makes at least four of that one), left me 😮. You could buy an actual mansion here on 30 acres here for that!😂

Thank you for your keep going attitude ... my Mom died over Mother's Day weekend & I'm having an extremely difficult time. I'm an only child, so everything is "on me." She had Alzheimers so she left no information - no phone numbers, no account numbers, no idea who her creditors are, etc. I was feeling so overwhelmed today that I picked up my phone & called her, after a few rings, I realized that I'd never hear her again. I can't break down as there is so much left to be taken care of 😔

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss Julie!! When my mom died in 2019 I had to organize everything by myself and it took many many months. Started from ground zero like you. Gather all the mail as a good starting point and hopefully you at least have her social security number. It’s very overwhelming to do this while grieving you’ll get through just go one thing and day at a time. I’m sending hugs ❤️

Houses are so expensive. I live in an apartment 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, Floor, big windows, enough daylight. The last 14 years I payd just 380 Euros for rent per month. Now I pay 450 Euros. It's very cheap for Berlin. Normally you pay 600 to 800 Euros. Samson looks always so sweet. 🐶😍

@@TheCarlaProject Yes I know, it's expensive in the USA. 😅 My first tiny apartment was 300 German Marks (150 Euros) and that was over 25 years ago. So I always had more money from my income for myself.

Carla - you could be dehydrated....if you are starting to workout especially make sure you are getting that water in - it can really be a night & day difference getting the correct amount of fluids!

That’s what one of the trainers at the gym said! I’m meant to drink half my body weight in water a day which is a lot 😂 I’m upping it and staring to feel gradually better❤️❤️❤️

Your skin looks amazing! I’ll have to check out that gadget. I live in a condo in Georgia. I love that I’m not responsible for the exterior maintenance and if I have the urge to plant something I use a pot. How old is Samson? I have a chihuahua/Jack Russell mix and we think he’s around 12. He’s a rescue that my daughter had and I took him when she joined the Army. Hopefully you are sleeping better 😊

I go off and on between being religious about my skin care and then falling off the wagon but I do feel a difference when I’m at least exfoliating daily and always SPF!!💗💗💗

The fixer upper has nicer upgrades. And every window has a very nice view. Oh and the back veranda, entertaining here we come.oh an Samson would just love love the yard.

I don’t know why I thought you lived in NY. I was watching and thought you were visiting LA to plan a move there. I believe my body is too sore too. I was going to a chiropractor to try to sort out some migraine stuff but everything was so painful so I stopped going. Definitely felt like there is some sort of inflammation issue. After some reading I was convinced I have a mild form of fibromyalgia. Who knows. I remember a long time ago my mom was diagnosed with that. I hope your soreness improves. I am always so jealous to see your Trader Joe’s food haha! Miss that place. Love the Spanish song!

My mom was diagnosed with that too! That’s why I’m always trying to do anti-inflammatory as much as I can. I just can’t bring myself to do the cold showers but I hear that helps as well!!

I just love your videos. The vibe you share with us is like someone said, just so cozy and comforting. They always remind me to take my "me time" more seriously. Had to get on here to comment two things in particular... Samson is freakin' adorable (give him a pat from me!), and I never, ever thought to add coleslaw mix to vegetable soup, but OMG! Revelation! Yes my dream is a mild fixer upper!! There are a lot of older homes here that people buy and turn into these gray marble faux fixture spaces that are awful. I’d love an older home that needs some TLC

Don’t do condo strata has a lot of rules , such as telling u cant have a air conditioner having to pass all reno and who u hire thru them and emergency repairs that fall too expensive past the fee u already pay and LOTS of other rules so your research oh and possibly not getting along with people in the building no matter how nice u are😋

Yeah, part of me wanting to even buy a house would be all about freedom, so I definitely don’t want all the condo rules. I think as a woman living alone. It does feel nice to have people around and just the security of condo living as the perks.

The prices have been so strange here the last year because of the higher mortgage rates. So a lot of properties are going down slightly and then other properties are pricing below market and then having people bid way over so it’s really hard to tell. The last house for 625K is in Boyle Heights which is a neighborhood that’s going through gentrification so you can still find homes there that are a little bit less than what you would find further west in LA.💗
