Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! In today's video, I wanted to share a glimpse into my daily life as a regular KZreadr here in beautiful Hawaii. It's so ordinary, nothing special about it but I hope you can find some peace and relaxation while watching my video! Our moving process is getting there, still, a lot of things to do, but we are knocking it down one by one. Rent it out. Get a property manager to oversee it. Real estate in Hawaii is so valuable. It only goes up in value.

I am so excited for you and your husband's future travels! There is something so invigorating about traveling, moving, etc. It's wonderful that your neighbor had bonded with Bella as well, and she doesn't need to leave the island.❤ I know how stressful packing and prepping a house to sell can be, so I'm praying that you have many moments of invigorating rest as you prepare for your next adventure!😊

I had a beautiful piece of property in NC mountains. Absolutely beautiful, with waterfalls and to this day I 1000% hate I sold it. Your place is magnificent, a piece of paradise. I know its your life, If I had it to do all over, I would NOT sell it. I miss it tremendously.

What a beautiful place! I have never been to Hawai'i, but I don't think I could leave if I had a home like yours!

I really admire your house since the beginning when both of you move especially when you shared about your daily life like raising ducks, chicken, pigs, dogs, cat, and many more plants that you grow 😍. I really love every of them. This house is so beautiful , the view, everything , its definitely one of my dream house 🥺. I hope you can keep this house 🙏🥺 so you can coming back again to share with us about living in this house again 🥺. I will definitely miss those stories so much 🥺 ( I wonder where those animals goes? Those views are so spectacular, having your own garden, it's got to be a bit difficult. Where are you and Jacob going to live as a homebase, of course you don't have to tell. Seonkyoung and Jacob, thanks for the update everything looks beautiful.

아, 남은 찬자스민밥으로 자주 해먹어요! 날라다니는 쌀이라 볶음밥에 딱이에요!! 자스민쌀도 우리 쌀처럼 10분-15분 거의 비슷한 물의 양으로 밥을 지어줘야 하거든요

Okay, girl, what exercise do you do?! You look SO good! I gained some weight and have been struggling to lose it. I'm sure a plant based diet has helped a lot but I'd love some advice. I remember you mentioned in another video recently that you were doing yoga? Can you remind me what yoga teacher you watch? EDIT: Okay caught up to the video. Travis. I need to find this man lol.

my buddy is a loan officer in hawaii and he says it’s going to get a lot harder to own homes on the islands. If you can afford to, try to rent it out, as traveling gets very tedious and tiring once you get over the “honeymoon” stage of it.. or sometimes you just want to retreat to a “home” when the world is chaotic (like covid pandemic lol). There are property managers that will handle the logistics of maintaining and caring for your home in your absence regardless of what you choose, wishing you well on your journey

That’s true. It’s nice to have a place to come “home” to but maybe not so big. Renting opens yourself to other woes and to potentially having your home damaged or not well maintained. Less is more many times.
