I didn't even think about the Asian dish thing until you mentioned it lol Honestly, I don't think most people who clicked on the video even thought about it, because to us you are just a great cook, period. Doesn't matter the food type, we just watch to learn not for one specific thing, because you are not just one category, you are multifaceted and so is your food

It's a double edged sword. Firstly that grocery produce aisle costs a lot of money and labour to grow/ upkeep. Secondly one of the drawbacks is when you live in a remote area you don't have access to niche ingredients.

Hi Seonkyoung! I am a long, long time follower. I have been plant-based for almost 10 years!! I was SO happy when you went plant-based. But now, since October, I have been eating eggs (only pasture-raised)!! And then I started eating a little dairy (I started eating dairy only in Indian food - I am Indian American! I've even made my own butter with a local dairy farm's cream) and now, I just had my first bite of chicken. I love fake meat and still eat it, but my body no longer can handle carbs and it really affects my weight (especially as a South Asian). I am also just trying to quit processed food as much as I realistically can. I am happy you found what you need, just like I did! It doesn't matter if you are 100% plant-based or 50%. Take it a day at a time! I love your recipes so much and am excited to go through your recipes library from the past years to try them out with real meat - I always veganized everything you make! Much love to my favorite KZreadr. Tonight for dinner, I am making pav bhaji and keema (with impossible meat) which is a very yummy Indian street food. I hope you look it up and give it a try! :)

While I was at the hospital for my bone marrow transplant this past February, I really enjoyed watching your videos on KZread and following u on IG. I told myself I would make some of your dishes and sauces too. Got enough energy, while recovering from a transplant, and made some of your dishes. They were delish. Tried this tonight & my kids loved it. Just had to half the amount of lemons (I love but too sour for them) and I used ground chicken as they haven’t reached the stage of full chicken fillets yet. You’re spot on that this works perfectly ok with dried herbs as well. Ratio I used was 1 tsp dried for each of the fresh herbs mentioned. Thank you so much for a delicious summer recipe
