These two courageous women are indeed so brave and strong...I am divorced and I realized after my divorce that life with my daughter can be so good even after divorce , thanks to Allah Almighty for bringing me out of the abusive relationship.

Divorce is not the end of life for a man so why it should be an end of life for a woman? It can be a start of a new and better life for both man and woman if they are suffering in a relationship.

With drenched eyes, I want to say that I am a single mother for almost ten years after taking Khula. I had the similar story. I want BBC and other such platforms to make more motivational videos on this topic. Trust me! You are doing great by encouraging us. Because everyone else in Pakistani society does the opposite. N we are so drained because of the toxic societal pressure that even such a small video can keep us motivated and positive for some days.

Heart touching for us and thought provoking for those who still thinking about norms and chains of society. Its better to be alone than to be abuse. This shows the hope of life. Great.

U were married with wrong man . I m still happy with my wife 50 Years 7 grown up marred. I have many differences education she is sick no physical relation take drugs argues but I have one thing in my mind she love n care me and moreover mother of my children.

Promoting divorse.. Some men also also suffer from their oposite partner.. even they commit sucide.. why you people not realize the pain of men.

How can marriage be a certificate of love? Marriage is only a contract. Decide all the terms and conditions in advance, and keep doing it at time intervals. Humanity not only teaches to adjust but also teaches love.

We r nothing without women. We should respect women as mothers sisters wives. Very strange to c such behaviors from highly educated peoples. Im really surprised what happened with these beautiful and educated girls

Emotional abuse is not only related to marriage ,it may happen before marriage as well..restriction is always there for girls .

@@bbcurdu hi I am a psychologist that's true emotional abuse can happen at any stage of life esy report karna mushkil tu hai but still it's possible mostly Hmary pas direction aur awareness nae hoti but according to me jab koi abuse krny ki had tak toxic hu tu hmy esy insan ku expose zaror krna chayi mgr hum nae krty q ky hmy lgta we cannot do this aur esy toxic log society mn agy sy agy bar jaty hein but actually we can expose such kind of people it's just a lack of awareness that we cannot......hmara emotional and psychological abuse py bat na karna esy violence ku hide krna hi es ky bar jany ki waja hai

A very informative video about the reality of not just these two women but countless others. Emotional and psychological abuse is most difficult to prove which makes it a lot more difficult for women, and men alike, to get out of a toxic marriage.

I know some personal stories of divorced women who are very unhappy with their divorce decisions.I do not believe what these two ladies on BBC Urdu are conveying🤷🏼‍♀️.

Really encouraging stories for ladies who are being in abusive relationship. Emotional abusing just ends in suicidal action . Its very hard for ladies to think about divorce but mental peace is more important than living in continuous abusive relationship .✌️
