Thanks for the kind words. I plan on leaving this channel up for the ages. After I finish one year however, I might quit making videos. I'm a pretty private person and this has been a lot for me.

Congrats on the 39 days! I used to seldom ever make it that long! Great job! 👊
Great video have not responded in a while but I’m on day 186 and still holding strong. 6 more months to go, and I’m 8 months without any pornography
Excellent video. Thanks
Hey - congrats! We all have different experiences. I’m about to hit 180 days with zero alcohol. The improvement in my sleep and decrease in morning anxiety has been great - and this has led to just more mental acuity overall. And like you say, I wasn’t an angry drunk but I could be obnoxious about things - like pushing arguments too far, being dogmatic, just not letting things go. It’s like alcohol made me more socially stupid while I was under the influence of it - not all the time, but frequently enough that it wasn’t good. Sounds like you are doing great, wishing you the best
ur awesome
Congratulations! Keep on keeping on! As a side note, people should check out the Huberman podcast about alcohol. Totally spells out why alcohol has no benefits for anyone.

Good job.right at 6months,drank for 30 years.honestly zero desire with the exception of the anxiety.it’s crippling sometimes.
im at 6 weeks, i was drinking everyday for about 10 years, 10-15 full strength beers a night, i still get cravings, and have found NA craft beer does a good job as far as the flavour. but my lifes catching up with me and the decisions ive made. lifes going to be a journey from this point onwards.
Will be there 5/19/24.
Im 4 months in and going to a wedding in 6 weeks will not be long of 6 months hope not to break i thought i wanted to drink at the wedding but its like my mind is telling me it will make me feel better.

A few hours at a wedding hardly seems worth wasting 6 months of hard work. That's just my humble opinion.
Great job! 👏🏼 how did you cope with the initial cravings? I’m working out a lot but there’s only so much I can do of that! Thanks
*5/10/24.
Hey Nate, not sure if you still check comments. It's been great listening to your journey regularly as cross 6 months on my no alcohol journey. Thanks for the videos! Just curious, is there a way to purchase any of the paintings you/your wife has shown in the videos?
