There is no law that states you must have a license to drive a vehicle. You can look into it all day all the way back to the founding of the department of motor vehicles. The woman is correct in that aspect. She however has to show the legal documents of the department of motor vehicles to the officer in order to prove her legal standing. Officers do not need to know the laws to enforce law. I know crazy right. Another legal trap that lets officers legally enforce the license is to ask you if your are driving or operating the vehicle. These two terms are used by blacks law definition in order to entrap you in commerce law. a person is not the driver nor the operator of the machine they are traveling in a vehicle and riding about the common way. If you are a driver, you are transporting people for money. If you are an operator you are transporting goods for money. thus instead of stating you are driving the vehicle you have to say i am traveling about the common way. However, even with all these facts, you will still end up in the court room arguing your case and will likely get entrapped by legal word play.

It's not sovereign citizens. That's a government term to mock state nationals. You can't be sovereign and a citizen at the same time. Being a citizen means you work for the federal, state, or local corporations by Admiralty law. If she did that state national process correctly. She is 100 percent correct. Then you're only required to have a driver's license is for work. Anything commercial driving. Most cops aren't trained in common law. The only constitutional law enforcement is the sheriffs and Marshalls. Police are policy enforcement for the state and local corporations. That's where the word police comes from. Policy. as a european, I can tell you that most women always want to look their best when they go out. Even if its just to walk the dog. They dont get dolled up to the max, but they put some makeup on, and dress appropriately. You wont see them out in their pajamas with a shower cap on. There is a standard of beauty in this part of Europe that women have passed down from their mothers. I have seen it countless times where a girl gets told by their mother and or grandmother "and you expect to get a husband when you go out like that?".

Not sure how Slovenia is now, but in December 1991 my twin brother and I went there (just after independence) and it was great. We were there to write an article for Climbing magazine about Misja Pec, just above the town of Osp, which is within 'running' distance of the Italian border...just in case things 'popped off' again (our friends said)!!! The wildest thing I remember about that time was that we went out to dinner with 14 of our Slovenian climbing friends, and their partners...and at the end of the night, the bill was so small my brother and I paid the entire thing (with a %40 tip!). Pizza, appetizers and beer came out to $68 USD for 16 of us!!! It was madness back then, because their 'tolar' was worth so little compared to USD.
