I've been using LG phones since the early 2000s and like them. For their smartphones one of the things I really like is Backup & Restore. You can save a copy of the data on you phone onto the micro SD card(backup) and then restore it if something happens like it did my sister last week. That is also how I move my data from one LG to another. Take the micro SD card from the old LG and put it into the new LG and then Restore. Very few changes I'll have to make afterwards. You can also decide on what to backup. Remember the LG K7? That was my first LG smartphone and it had Dark Mode as did the Samsung and Nokia Windows I'd had before it. All in all I think I've had at least 7 LG phones(smartphone and none smartphone) since the late 1990's. After trying HTC, Motorola, Umidigi I went back to an LG.

I have a stylo 4 as my second phone. Terrible speaker, TERRIBLE memory. Good luck playing a game while listening to SoundCloud or KZread, it ALWAYS CRASH. I'm done with stylo line, and I probably used the pen like 4 times in 2 years.

I had stylo 4 as well and the sound system was extremely low.. didn't want to risk it with the 5 when I got a new phone

Handset has no adoptable storage feature for microSD card. Allowing for the transfer of apps from internal to external storage.

I currently own one, I can't complain too much. Social media works good, web browsing, KZread and videos. Call quality is good. My really only gripes are the cameras and no apps to SD cards. I do plan to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy A51 soon.

Enjoy your Vids. I had the 4 and only upgrade to the 5 just because my 4 was lagging. But for $30, why not get a new phone instead of a refurbish 4 replacement. But my ? Is, wht is the best ratio to send vids and to take vids?

• the screen resolution is actually 1080x2160 • the device came out June 2019, and with the price point the 450 isn't much to be disappointed about.

This phone is straight garbage has to be rebooted three times a day right out of the package

I got my phone from Amazon for 213 but I can't move my apps to SD card but metro it 230 without case

The absolute worst thing is that you cannot move app storage to the SD card. ..utter bullshit! ..

i am getting the LG TracFone Stylo 5 from ebay that has been shipped out and is coming in the mail on 6/3/22

Mine doesn't have a NFC thingy.... Is that normal?

I just got the Stylo 5 a couple of days ago I have yet to decide if I like it. I honestly got the phone because i like the thin tip stylus...but i feel just like everyone else this is pretty much the Stylo 4. I had that one 2 years and just recently gave it to someone... It feels a little bit lighter than the 4...idk...but the sound to me, is just horrible...

I had this stylo 5 for free from cricket and since i like my galaxy a20 Better, i will fix my galaxy a20 amd use my stylo 5 for fishing other wise my back up phone

I think LG, like Motorola, should really try to give their customers the most value for their money. I said Motorola, because their E6 is a huge step back from the previous model.

My phone always has to have my son coming to fix it because I don't know how to make it work it says emergency calls or no network.

Debra Thomas, you're probably in a dead zone like I am. May have to find the best area to make calls & send texts. I have to go outside depending on service provider of recipient. Another suggestion may be to setup & use wifi calling or snapchat. Both use an internet connection rather than data. Good luck!

I've been using LG phones for the past 6-7 years. Currently I have the Stylo 5 (bought unlocked). None of the cons mentioned are of concern to me. My only beef is with the battery life but i'm a heavy internet user (retired) & I use a high draw wired headphone set. I've tried many different earbuds but none match the performance of my headphones. I'll just live with it & replace battery when needed. I wish the battery was still modular & easier to replace. Other than that i'm very happy with the phone, love the large screen & ability to interface with tv & other devices.

It wasn't a worthy successor to the LG Stylo 4 (the 4 Plus variant from AT&T has better specs), but it's an affordable with NFC .... and now it's got competition this year via the Motorola G8 Stylus (come on, LG, you've got to match this - or improve on it).

Moto G Stylus much, much better ! Better processor, more memory, more RAM, MUCH better sound. Overall a much better phone than LG.

It sucked mine on the battery got swelled!

I bought the 1,2 skipped 3, got the 4 ,skipped the 5 and patiently waiting for the 6

@Black Cash The LG Stylo 5 has a longer battery life. And it has more GB of RAM. It not a big upgrade but there are some differences.

@Black Cash actually surprisingly enough, LG completely overhauled the stylo 6. I guess they learned from this gigantic mistake of a phone.

I only use for basics. And its absolutely fine. Only drawback is the low sounding bad speaker.

@@Viral_Infectionz it's bigger than an iphone X but you need a case because the screen is literally the whole front of the phone so it picks up anything that touches the sides and gets annoying. I think the big screen is the only thing I actually liked

your worst list is kinda a joke for what you get in a free phone or even if you pay $100 for it its a great phone and if you want to play great games get a game system

Stylo 5 can emulate nintendo 3ds A20 cannot. Not even the stylo 4...

The stylo 5 has no pros,,, it's a total P.O.S all the way around....

Moto G Stylus much, much better ! Better processor, more memory, more RAM, MUCH better sound, and finally, much better camera. Overall a much better phone than LG.

To be honest the stylo 4 looks and seem better than the stylo 5

Moto G7 Power is so much better for a similar price.
