Without any sound machine properly work

For each cycle selected, how does one know the breakup/split of cycle time between wash-rinse-drying. In the washing machine one can easily see which process step is going on & accordingly know the time for that process, but in the dishwasher there is no such breakup visible.

Is there a NIGHT cycle? like to make it silent enough so you can use it during the night?

We had bought LG DISHWASHER, I make cakes occasionally with icing, washing dishes after decorating cake is a pain usually, but now LG dishwasher did a very good, no residue, and happy with the results
