I like how they play action music when they go through the tractor range and laid back music for tractor

So sad that the British government let this organisation fold , so many jobs lost & skilled workers unable to pass on their trade to the next up & coming generation! Some really bad mistakes/decisions were made along the way that didn’t help, plus workers unions striking. Now things are imported we seem to make very little

Hi Tractor Vidz, I wonder if you could help me. I am working on a TV series that features a Leyland Tractor and have been looking for some archive footage. This would be perfect. Would you be able to direct me to where it came from or know who would own the rights? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check out Tractor Barn. They have a video that features 6 Leyland tractor premotional films including some the footage featured on this video
When it seems to good to be true, it usually is. The product was generally good but all those divisions of the company couldnt get out of their own way. All busy trying to show a profit and not investing in development. Leyland was left behind. And then ongoing strikes at factorys. For the record I am a true beliver and have two Leyland tractors and a Leyland P76 car I use and enjoy.

LEYLANDS CAR BUSINESS CLOSURE IS THE MAIN REASON. IT IS THE GM OF GREAT-BRITAIN. AUSTIN, MORRIS, TRIUMPH, WOLSELEY, RILEY, JAGUAR AND LAND-ROVER, ROVER CARS ... ETC. MY OPINION.

Moving the truck and tractor manufacturing to a new plant in Scotland with little local component supply/vehicle manufacturing experience, under government influence, didn't help. The truck/tractor/bus division was profitable but used to support the car business so starved of investment. It still lives on in part as Leyland Ashok.
