Cops are crooks in Georgia. Only reason I don't go. Other than I love Georgia. Clean up your law enforcement. We'll try to do the same.

Hearing Ol' Lewis's actual voice for the first time after reading ALL his books, he sounds exactly like he should.
"The Dawg Story" and "Gay Superman" have to be my two favorite Grizzard routines of all time, although this one is a bit different than the one I first heard (there, the two fellows were "Bubba" and "Earl", the two guys from the gas station joke).

He was born at Fort Benning which is considered outside Columbus, Georgia. He was from South Georgia and he sounds so different from North Georgia. : )
