    Wasn’t this Alan’s last live concert, Man was was ill and knew he was going, pure class from the start, and still playing the guitar like a boss, missed but never forgotten… RIP AM

    wow, Mark King is such a monster of a musician. playing THESE bass lines whilst singing the lead vocals is what I call multi-tasking. not a lot of people could do that.

    It’s a terrible tragedy that Murphy died so young. We were robbed of his music too soon.

    This must be the last ever film of the late Alan Murphy. This is the only time I've seen him play a Yamaha MSG. A lovely guitar for an excellent guitar player. RIP Alan.
