Love from Toronto! I’m turning 61 and found out that i am in a pre-diabetes condition. I was advised to take care of myself and change my lifestyle, pronto! And then covid-19 happened. Forced to stay home and miraculously given the time I need to exercise, I started to look for challenging workouts that will not break my knees. Then I found you! After 6 months of rigorously doing what you have preached, i am down from 160 pounds to 132. From size 10 to size 4! And i have never felt and looked better! Oh yes! Was planning on requesting a new workout similar to the 30 minute explosive bodyweight workout... And here it is! Awesome! That was my favourite. Will be doing this tomorrow. Thank you Jordan.
This is the best workout so far. I often didn't find the logic behind how exercies were grouped together in previous workouts, but this one clearly shows the different between each exercise. Just by knowing that an exercise is green (easy) the heart rate comes back to normal and prepares well for the next red. And in my mind I don't get tired and freaked out at a red, as I know that the next one will be green and allow me to cool down. Thus, enabling me to give my best to each exercise and do them properly. I hope that Jordan provides the same representation and methodology to all his future workouts, especially level 4 and upwards. Thanks a tonne dude. Rock on!

Dear Jordan, Your videos are very inspiring. I’ve been following them since 2018, training everyday 6 days a week. They helped me being stronger, more confident and frankly, my wife is more worried in a good way by the man I became now ^^! Unfortunately I got a inguinal hernia that is not a big thing but the doctor told me that I should stop training for a least a month, waiting for surgery, maybe I went too far, I don’t know. I’m 46 years old, I fought very hard to get where I wanted to be. Despite the advice of my doctor I’m going to follow you carefully on this one and I take responsibility for that, because I want to. I just want to thank you for so much inspiration. Keep the move and stay safe.

Haha me too After 2 rounds I thought its over And said to my self "congratulations, your workout is complete" Then there was 1 more round, I said to myself,this will be level hell then (for me atleast) Im happy that I completed all there rounds 😵
After eating sweets and snacks in Diwali I planned to do this routine to burn them 🔥🔥. Thankyou JORDAN . Support from India.

Your channel is the best workout channel by far, thank you! If I had to request anything I wish there were versions of these edited ones with the cues but without the music, I prefer other music so I have to turn it down just enough to only hear the cues. I've been doing your workouts for like 8 months now and crazy results! Thanks!

Checking out this KZread channel has been the best decision I made during the pandemic.
today(3 oct 2022) i promise that i will follow this workout for straight next 180 days ,currently i am 18 yo and my weight is 103.00 kg ,my target is to 1.do this 30 min workout everyday with only 1 day off every week 2.have a proper 7 hrs sleep daily if not possible least 6.5 hrs sleep 3.study for 14+ hours daily 4.reduce social media to 30 min per day 5.listening to music daily to keep my mind stable my long term targets are 1.to have weight
This definitely feels like a level 5! great workout!!

Great workout! My sport watch indicated 429kcal for this session, that's just perfect! This is now one of my favorite video (the top 1 for me is the "[Favourite] level 4"). HR remains high and the exercises vary all the time so it's not boring. Also the series are well managed as it's involving all body parts with a good balance between upper body and legs. I'm following your videos since March (during the first lockdown in France) and I lost 5kg (from 86 to 81). I can't wait for another level 4 with ascending/descending mode!

How does your rest periods perfectly fit into advertisement pop-ups? That's just impressive editing. That way not only we don't skip those ads (because we wanna rest more), also we can really use the rest time to take some info in. Jordan you perfectionist 🙂
