I'm 48 and never been drunk or high or smoken anything or used any kind of medical drugs...oh wait, I took aspirin once or twice in my childhood when I had high fever but that's it. So it's totally possible that the has been sober his whole life.

It's the martial arts discipline. First thing you are always told is to stay away from the 3 prohibitions- drugs, alcohol, and women.

@@ishe728 seems more like a life, soul, mind, body ... discipline... Sounds kind of like proverbs. In the Bible. And also other chapters. But I thAnk GOD for the falling and the mistakes in life. For if I've never failed before how do I know what it feels like to complete my trials in life. For even with the failures We Grow. We learn from our mistakes. Like when a baby crawls. Then Falls a couple of times but keeps getting back up. Till eventually the baby is walking . Some of the greatest discipline I've ever learned. What's life hard lessons and experiences. GOD given gift . From Mr born to suffer. Though I prosper. It is only because of he.

@@montybennett5220 yes I used to be the drinking sometimes drunken master . But I put that title away many years ago. I used to get angry and put three cigarettes between my fingers and smoke them at the same time. Thank GOD I did not get cancer. I have energy as high as the Sun. And I feel like a kid again. I have to meditate myself to sleep. But I thank GOD that I don't smoke or drink anymore. GOD is truly preserve me . And yes it is amazing that brother Michael Jai White has never been drunk before. brother Michael Jai White. Well done.

I was 166 lbs when I was 18 (2002). Got married in 2004. Next few years I got up to 274 lbs. After my wife and I split in 2014, I got up to 280. I lost some weight here and there. Started watching your videos last year and now I'm 209 lbs. You break it down to where I can understand what to do and when. Thanks Mike. Much love. EDIT: btw I'm 6' even.

@Darque Robinson Ha ha! Happy to know you agree with me. Well, I just felt like using two hyphenated adjectives. "Well-respected" and "Respectable" would have sufficed but I don't know about "Respectful". The former two would be better suited to allude to an upstanding person whom you think favorably of, whereas "Respectful" would apply to someone who habitually treats other people's opinions with deference, although "Respectable" people are generally "Respectful" of others. So I guess there is some overlap. Anyway there is no need for hair-splitting and I am not changing my adjective- it stays even if you think it's "kinda off" lol! Thanks for the input though.

I can tell he has does much mind work. This allows him to speak on more clear terms because he sees it more clearly than others. We have so many people out there spewing generalized info that they just learned themselves. But when you live and breathe a lifestyle, you can explain it using simple analogies. Because you can relate any of it to all things in life.

Man this was the answer I needed. For the past month and a half I had to hault my all oatmeal diet because I realize I would be skinny fat and didn't want the same results as the last time I did it. those results were that I noticeably smaller, beating off girls with a stick, but still had a gut with muscular but still small arms. I ate oatmeal 3 to 4 times a day for 9 months and and had cheat meals when my body started to ache. I trimmed down from 298 to 235lbs, it was great because I didn't want to run much, all i had to do is some squats, and have a brisk walk when I was tired of watching tv all day. I was planning to do it again but I stopped because I found it impossible to build and cut in this manner at the same time because I'm a broke student in a crisis. It caused me to be stressed making my body create that stress hormone, making my crave everything in site. The Idea I have now is that I must eat complex cabo foods such as oatmeal, potatoes, pumpkin, and fruits with protein shakes, and lean cooked meats, very little muscle and cardio exercise because of the low deficit in different combinations to not get used to it, and I should reach my goal with some discipline. Thanks.

It's called doing manual labor. Go carry bricks around for 8 hours a day and see how much stronger you get.
