thank you tiffany!! 💘
This was a very chill video and I hope you make more like it. It was soothing to watch you paint and then listen to your stories tacked on to your Q&A. Also the music was spot on. Good volume and non-intrusive. I was concerned however that the plates had an uneven surface when you were filling in solids. I had hoped it would smooth out when you baked the plates. Maybe check and see if there is a thinning medium for this ceramic paint, I don't think it's supposed to clump like that. I don't think it was anything you were doing wrong, it was the paint. Anyway, the angel/devil Kuni designs are wonderful and hope you might also do prints of them. Cheers! 💌

there is a thinner for this brand! I actually enjoyed a little bit of texture, it feels less machine made if that makes sense? The second set of plates were wayy smoother since I learned the trick of smoothing it down during that half dry half wet point! The paint itself is a little tricky to work with on super smooth surfaces but I eventually got the hang of it :-) and perhaps I might do some prints :D

@@RadhiaRahman I hope I was not disparaging your efforts. I was actually taking it in how much labor you put into this project, and how sometimes materials don't serve the task at hand. Also this is a new medium for you. I am not surprised that the second set was smoother, as you likely now got the hang of if. Respectfully, I didn't see the clumping as texture. To me texture would be if you could perceive folds of fur, instead the paint was following the outlines of your coloring in the space, not where the fur laid. But it's all good. What excels for me is the illustration, which is truly and sweetly Kuni! ❤
the plates are so pretty!!! if you made more products with this artwork, i'd probably buy all of them 😆 i'll definitely be snagging the suncatcher stickers of these!💗

First, Your story about your cat touched me so much. Second, I never though of using a pencil to make perfect dots in art - what a great idea.

🥺 I realized I never shared Kuni's origin story! He's such a big part of my well being (hence his influence and appearance throughout my work) and yes! pencil tips make a great makeshift tool for painting dots!
Oooh Ham Ham Heartbreak is my favourite childhood game! It's sooo cute and all the Hamtaro games for handhelds are so lovely 🥰 Would love to see your Hamtaro toys, I never found a lot of them around here!

Loved seeing your process of painting on the plates, I don’t do enough traditional work but I find it super inspiring to watch and it makes me want to do more which is helpful 😂Thank you so much for sharing the details of how you did it! I have wanted to paint on ceramic or glass for a while now but I really just haven’t been sure whether it would work or not…. definitely something that I am very keen to look in to as I think your plates turned out beautifully Rahdia! 🎉 It would be so much fun to make something like that.
