"Do we even have law enforcement?" Personally I don't see much point in it in the Pokémon universe since literal children can carry around *LITERAL GODS* in tiny spheres in their backpack.

I know they're supposed to be just "baby's first Pokémon game", but I love the Let's Go! games so much!! The animation is solid, the art style is adorable, and getting to grow close with and talk to your Pokémon just melts my heart every time. Yes the battle mechanics are very... "baby"(affection am i right), and yes it is another Kanto game/remake, but I still think it stands well enough on its own! (tho definitely not worth 60$ lmao)

@@puma8262 Ahahah no problem. Just try not to use the same team through all the game though, the EV system of the first two gens is completely broken. It's possible to beat the Elite Four with pokemon 20 levels under theirs because of that ahah

@jchc VV Yeah ahah ! In fact, it was named Stat Exp (dunno if that'd its official name tho). It worked the same way as EV (it could give up to 63 points in a stat to you Pokemon) but stat exp were given according to the base stats of the Pokémon you just defeated. The cap was like 65k for every stat so you needed to grind very, very much actually. The point is that in the first two gens, you could give max EV to ALL YOUR STATS at once ! Meaning your Pokemon just had 63 more points in every stat, making it a monster. Obviously, none of all the npc had trained Pokémon so even Blue had Pokémon with 0 stats exp, meaning that even with 20 levels under him, you probably had Pokémon with netter stats than him. I just finished Pokémon Red again like two month ago, and I just One Shotted everything with my Persian; using only Slash (which was nearly always critical back then). I'm not a native english speaker so you may not have understood all I meant, so I just suggest you typing "stats exp smogon" on google if you want to know more haha

Zippy Zap isn't that overpowered beyond where you would normally have Thundershock, which is almost as strong but without the priority (and also the other benefits of a crit, but those almost never matter); Pikachu needs the boost, he's nearly worthless in the original Yellow. Eevee got all the really overpowered moves.
