1,6, 5 and then the rest for me.
George Harrison was criminally underrated as a guitarist. He belongs among the all time greatest guitarists in rock music history.
#1 feels like a proper guitar solo with bends, quirkiness, feel . The other versions sound much more like pentatonic scale practice to be honest.
I like the 2nd version best.
Perfect Let it Be/Get Back album: 1. Two of Us (1970 album version) 2. Across the Universe (Let it Be Naked) 3. I Me Mine (Let it Be Naked) 4. Dig It (Long film version) 5. Let it Be (Double guitar solo 1970 album and single version) 6. Maggie Mae (1970 album version) 7. For You Blue (Let it Be Naked) 8. The Long and Winding Road (Let It Be Naked/film version) 9. Get Back (1st rooftop concert version) 10. Don’t Let Me Down (Let It Be/Vevo video version) 11. I’ve Got a Feeling (1970 album version) 12. One After 909 (Let It Be Naked) 13. Dig a Pony (1970 album version) 14. Get Back Reprise (Get Back album/Anthology 3).

For get back id have to use the single version, purely because of the coda at the end. Loved the way paul sang the outro

Love this! Do you mean the ‘Naked’ version of ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ though? That’s got be my pick, it’s just the 1st Rooftop take with the non-flubbed vocals spliced in. Flawless.

It's gotta be the Glyn Johns mix of Don't let me down.
That was amazing! I think most people don't realize how great George Harrison plays his beautiful guitar
always loved Naked version solo, it fits in with this song rather than standout like the Spector album version, but I suppose... just Let It Be, right? liked them all

shouldn't the solo stand out. isn't that why you do it. It gives the song some needed pop.

Great work, enjoyed it very much.
Just wonderful my friend!
i think the distorted album version solo is one of the best solos in rock n'r roll history period let alone just one of the best BEATLES solos. it always reminded me of DAVE GILMOUR although not directly copying him in any way. GEORGE always had a real strange relationship with the guitar he easily could've gone down in history as one of rock's all time guitar heroes but his relationship to the instrument has been described as "strictly platonic". he may not have been real technical but then neither is DAVE GILMOUR or LESLIE WEST and they're both amazing.
@1rwjwith

He certainly was NOT copying Gilmour becasue GILMOUR had done nothing yet in early 1970! I think its more like a Mick Taylor solo but you are right it is one of the BEST EVER!

@@victorarena23 Between 1962 and 1970, David Gilmour had formed a band called Jokers Wild, was arrested for busking in France, started a band with Willie Wilson and Rick Wills called Flowers, renamed that band to Bullitt, joined Pink Floyd replacing Syd Barrett, and with Pink Floyd recorded 4 albums between 68 and 70 alone. But yes, do tell how he didn't do anything by that point.
Always loved the album version best. Thanks for doing this video!
omg they are all amazing, get chills
Wow - attention to detail - great observation and lovely playing - thank you so much for such great in sight to George's total majesty :-)
Awesome, i love the let it be guitar solo so much it's insane! 😄 Thanks for sharing mate!
Thanks for the compilation. Very nice
#1 to me will always remain the best, and the single version never did much for me, but I will say that I never heard #6 before, and it's quite tasty.
Amazing !!!
wow he really hammered out that solo on number 6, ive never heard that one before very cool! subscribed nice guitar playing and tone
Amazing❗️💖🎶🎸
I love them all, but hands down, the album version is my favorite.
Excellent renditions... It is difficult to play George, like George 👍
Hey awesome, great video very cool to see the different versions!
Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! You deserve a million more views for starters.
Listening to you from Zambia 🇿🇲🇿🇲 you are one talented SOB... made my evening listening to all the 7 versions of this solo, greatest solo for me. Thanks for sharing, bless you....

I liked #3 best. Great vid - Thank you.
Well done, yeah I have to pick with ALBUM version from 1970, it actually I believe is the Last one he actually put down! It is a soaring masterpiece of a solo from George. I LIKE them all but I think that one the FIRST you did here where he actually changed his approach is the best. George was actually getting better at the end of the BEATLES at standard LEAD playing then on his SOLO stuff he switched almost exclusively to SLIDE playing when soloing! Well done.
Show de bola!!
1. The album solo is iconic and probably the best 2. Let it Be single version sounds more like is trying more to follow the rhythm and tone of the song 3. The Take 1 solo feels like an early version of both the first two mixed together 4. Let it be... Naked movie version idk why but it feels kinda jazzy 5. The Take ?? Solo again feels like an early version of the first two put together, just a bit more developed than take 1 6. Take 21 feels like the Take ?? is developing more even more and leaning towards the album solo 7. Take 27A I find interesting because ti me it sounds like a mix of the original and the Naked movie version
Great job my friend, thank you for posting this! For my money it has to be Album version (version 1), that just has so much explosive power and passion. But as someone else commented here, all 7 versions here together are a perfect song by themselves 🙂 Thanks again for posting such a splendid effort...
Perfect.
The album version has the biggest punch and the best melody.
Thank you! The first solo is better than all but I like the solo of take 23 too
Koool Beans Man !! : D Excellent Job on these riffs !!!!!!!
Album version is great. But what’s greater is your skill! Amazing work
Well done
ABOSOLUTELY GREAT GUITAR SOLO COVER!! A thought, if Let it be is an endless song, every version of solo could be in part of it hahah, it would be nice. Can't tell which is my favorite, LOVE them all! Thank you for your great video! It saved my day. LONG LIVE THE BEATLES!

Very nice classic style; distortion is perfect!
Incrível. Lindo. Belo. Beautiful...
Take 23 is all time favorite. Now someone needs to put together a split screen montage of the entire song with all 7 leads blended together. Tough but successful would be award winning.🤷🏻♂️
The album solo is absolutely superb, it seems to swallow the entire song. Please do a video of the outro solo, which is just as superb.
Put together, these make a pretty good song by themselves.
You are quite amazing!

Beatles forever. George...Wow.
Thanks for these. Well researched. Now, please have a go at the Rooftop solo (actually George's whole guitar part) for 'One After 909' - a classic, like so much that he came up with and played (the development of that guitar part is interesting, but the final result is so much more than the sum of its parts).

George's lead on all the rooftops songs is great. His noodling throughout One after 909 is perfect. It doesnt try to dominate. It's so tasteful and skillful

The 1st solo is one of the most beautiful solos in C major, the others are from George trying to piss Paul McCartney off! Congrats dor the video.

still..4 me the 1st one was the best. from the opening lick till the last lick, it shows climax of the solo's guitar should be.
Nice! Ummm,,,,I'll take #2 please.....
Do you mind sending all the guitar solo tabs? :)
It seems every note was replicated by George in each solo, just in a different order.

AWFUL, ALL YOU PEOPLE ARE MESSED UP SAYING THAT THIS SOUNDS GOOD. Sure, dude is learning but give me a break, this is teenage amateur hour and I think encouragement is fine but too many people are raving about this video and I don't think it's right to give the guy the idea that he's a great guitarist.
What is the January 1969 one, seriously can’t find it Edit: I think it’s one from later on in January and I’ve heard it somewhere before and I can’t pick out what take it is, I’ll put it here when I do find out (hopefully) Edit: 2 FOUND IT! IT WAS IN A RANDOM TAKE OF LET IT BE BACK IN EARLY JANUARY 1969, SEARCH PAUL MCCARTNEY - ET IT BE (DEMO) UP U WILL FIND IT

My best take is 【1.Album『Let It Be』】 because threetimes last riff !!
