Agreed 100%. Working as a pharmacist, I always try to help people naturally. Because food and stress are two major immune system influencers . Unfortunately a lot of people would rather take another pill and continue destroy and weaken their immune system. Food becomes us the moment we eat it. Thank you Dr. Berg for having Ivor Cummins on your program, especially during this pandemic. Of all the voices I have listened to, Mr. Cummins is the most rational and data driven of them all - putting many physicians and epidemiologists to shame. When problems are complicated and laden with emotional baggage, sometimes it takes the logical and empirically oriented mind of a talented engineer to cut through all the noise and drama.

I am really glad that at 20min Ivor mentions the censorship issue concerning vaccines and safety. It's really too bad, especially in light of the fact that since 1986 in the USA pharmaceutical companies can no longer be held liable for damages caused by vaccines.

@@Drberg Dr. Berg, my hubby's CLL is no longer asymptomatic. A while ago we discussed that he would continue eating his 'healthy diet' but, if he ever developed symptoms, then he'd start healthy Keto before he agrees to start any chemo. Chemo was supposed to start immediately this week, but Dr agreed to give us *no more* than 6 weeks and he will redo bloodwork to see if a change in diet has worked. Tomorrow he's starting Keto and IF. Depends on how he feels, will IF x 5-8 hrs. He's not overweight so keto is strictly to help reduce his spleen and other inflammations going on in his body right now. I've tested this eating lifestyle. I believe in it. It worked to help me off 2 blood pressure meds. I'm not that naive that I don't know how cancers work, but I do believe that if anything natural was going to work, it would be Healthy Keto! In six weeks we'll let you know if *Healthy Keto means NO chemo!* 🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞 He's a believer in eating healthy... the FDA Food Pyramid and all that, but he also sees the changes in me, so he is willing to change way of eating. Thank you for that Dr. Berg! ❤❤❤

I was talking on social media about "why is no one in authority suggesting that people stop eating sugary junk food?" (since COVID-19 tends to kill people with Standard American Diet related diseases) and someone responded that it would be too hard to get people to change their behavior. Destroying the economy and remaining indoors to hide from a disease is easier than just quitting junk food?

I started taking 5000 IUs of vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 per day, and I didn’t feel much difference at first. I bumped that up to 10,000 IUs with vitamin K2 and the respiratory infection that I couldn’t shake for over a month went away after a few days.

Thank you both for sharing your wisdom! Dr Berg, I believe watching your videos saved me from getting very sick with (what I think was) the Covid virus. When I started the cough, I started Elderberry, vit d, Vit c with Zinc. After 3 days of high fever (no drug), tightness in right lung, sleeping propped up, taking the zinc, d&c, I kicked it in about 6 days. Thank you again. I do want to take his test! Erin go bráugh!

Hi guys...together with Dr Berry you are amazing. I don't have weight issues but have (had) bad reflux problem and with the changes I have made to my diet since listening to your collective wisdom, I have totally solved the problem in two weeks. I have had the problem for years and kinda lived with it as if it was inevitable....and it was wheat and other-bad-stuff intolerance that was the problem. Can't thank you all enough.

Ahhh so leptin resistance might be responsible for the perceived “set point” most people experience when losing weight. Some people just feel like they need a certain body fat percentage and feel the need to feed until that point, could it just be that they are trying to match fat cells to produce enough leptin to match the leptin resistance?

I’ve had this virus since early April and I’m in a bit of a pickle because every time I start eating vitamin A foods (eggs, butter, ghee), the symptoms come back significantly worse with the main one being chest pain. It sounds crazy, but this happened 2 or 3 times so there is no doubt. I’ve been eating 6 oz salmon per meal with turmeric and feel symptom free as I’m writing this.

Thank you for sharing that insight. I hope you continue to get better. The government and health officials / news stations are not giving the public the information we need. I am so glad for these "youtube" doctors who are warning us and giving us information of what we can do beyond washing our hands .

It is usually interdisciplinary research to further advances in medicine. So it was Dr. Dodge, a marine biologist who actually gave us medical ultrasound imaging, two Russian physicist gave us RMI, Röntgen was not a doctor himself either. The methodology of that Irishman is System Theory à la Kàlmàn, regardless weather he is aware of that or not. Great podcast.

Great to hear! Too bad the CAC is so difficult to get, and so expensive (try $600) for us in western canada. We up here are still waiting for things to change in that area ... and in the area of getting fasted insulin testing. One continues to think positively! Going to check on that movie, Ivor. Thanks to both of you!

@@marlenegold280 We had some friends who had to travel to Vancouver to get the CAC, and they paid $700, from what I've heard ... I did check online to verify that this was the cost of the test there ... I do not know if they had to get a GP referral ... I do not think one can get it unless there is some issue already with one's heart, and a cardiologist connection is needed. I do not know how things are done in AB.

I've been following both of you for some time now. Thank you for this video. Funny my doctor told me that ACE 2 inhibitors didn't make more ACE2 receptors, and I was sure that I had read that it did, thank you for that! Thank goodness I upped my Vitamin D, C and included Zinc. My doctor also told me she wanted me to have the flu shot and was most upset when I said no. She had just finished telling me that she thought I had the virus as well as influenza A. If I've had both the virus and Influenza A why would I need it? I'm waiting for antibody testing now to find out for sure.
