Here because I’ve been a fan of Leon since the first video had under 5,000 views. I remember Brady posted a non-Leon video after the 1st one, and that video got tons of views, tons of comments because we were demanding more Leon content. Brady is an example of being a kind person. ❤️

Other people do/have done "saving a lobster from the grocery store" idea but for me Brady's channel has something safe and calm about it. Viewers know he is in it for Leon for the long-haul and it isn't just for views. The viewers know he is knowledgeable. He is like a cross between "Nice Dad" and "favourite teacher" energy. We watch and listen because there is a respect factor.
Brady's channel is one of the best. The quality of content and cinematography =- top notch. His compassion for critters and nature is worthy of much respect.

Brady's narrations are reminiscent of 1970's documentaries. Soothing, quirky and concise. PERFECTION!
I never knew Brady before Leon. One day the first Leon video just showed up on my youtube frontpage and i was like huh? Saving a lobster? Gotta see what that is about. And then there was just something about it all, like cutting the rubber bands that held the claws, Leon getting used to his new home, watching Leon grow and Leon dealing with the other animals in his aquarium. And then with those videos came all the other interesting stuff like abandoned houses and rescue cats and trips out to waterfalls which is also very interesting. And the soothing voice and the music just helps it all along nicely. Sometimes a video just has a combination of things that makes the video stand out and be an interesting watch and so it goes viral. And i am glad it did. Following Leon and Brady is fantastic.

Who the həll is sending this man hate mail? What a sad little life they must lead. Every video from Leon, the Woods House cats, his dirt bike getting restored, stolen and recovered, I like them all!
I have been following Leon since he was rescued. It helps restore faith in humanity.
I love the lobster stuff, but also the cat aspect. Love the rescue of the kittens!
He seems very wholesome and genuine
I wonder if it has touched so many people because we are all Leon in a sense. We all wish to be saved or rescued from the perils of life and to see that happen to a creature who is so vulnerable gives us hope for ourselves and humanity in general.

Nice reply and insightful. I am a member of a butterfly group. If someone has too many caterpillars on a host plant then people will drive across the city to adopt the caterpillars. Most people would say that is excessive but urge to save the baby butterflies is strong.
The Leon success is easy: there was never someone sharing the story about having a lobster as a pet. Not only it was unique and creative, but it also shows life will surprise you in one way or another: viewers, as how a lobster can thrive outside the oceans when someone cares deeply about it, and for Brady, as how many curious and fair human beings are out there.

I think it’s the sort of thing that catches the imagination too. How many people have wondered what would happen if you had the skill and time to take a lobster home and give it a name? Brady had the skill, the time and the ability to capture the story on film with charm and emotion.

I was drawn to Leon the Lobster right off. 💗A heartwarming story/rescue, hoping Leon would live, especially when Brady brought him home. This is a story of compassion and wanting a life to survive, however, Brady is a very good storyteller, and many of his followers have said this. His voice is welcoming, his use of words is very flowy and pulls you in with more interest~ As well Brady updates his audience with his rescued cats, the other aquarium, the Coy pond, and his ventures to quaint places he likes ~ Great job Brady! ~ Oh, and Leon owns an acre in Scotland, right?
Brady is the new Bob Ross of KZread videos! His voice and style are soothing and inspirational! ✌️❤️

Thank you so much for posting the interview with Brady B. I have been following him for some time and enjoyed the insight to who and how he came about writing/editing/filming Leon and 'Leon's social circle :)
Saving Leon spoke to the 8yr old in each of us. Standing there in the grocery store, looking at the lobsters in the tank with their bands. I think saving Leon awakened that memory in each of us.
Brady it was your voice, music you used and a love story saving the lobster and giving him a name touched your heart.

Its the combination of the interesting hook of having a store bought lobster and the way of speaking, the cadence and the outlook on live and nature coming trough, that brought me in and made me stay. The interesting video brought us into his world and I’m not only there for Leon. Listening to Brady talk is very relaxing, it feels like I’m going into the woods with him, hanging around the fire and watching Leon and the cats. Before Leon he had this already in his videos but people need a trigger to watch the first video and get to know him. Nobody will be able to copy this with just buying a lobster, its Brady’s caracter and vibe coming through in all the videos.

Thanks for this vid. Mr. B is great, I am a relative newcomer to his channel but quickly got hooked because he is obviously such a curious man. I like Leon but more I am impressed with what a jack of all trades he is, his compassion for living creatures, and his curiosity about the forgotten. He seems by his voice so much younger. All in all he’s a very sexy man! All the best to all the guys sharing on this video and I’ll continue to watch Mr. B. All the best from Seattle.
I saw the first Leon video pop up in my feed and jumped to watch it. I think most sensitive people walking by a grocery store seafood department are secretly touched by the plight of a living creature awaiting its doom in a murky tank piled with other of the condemned. And Brady did not disappoint. He set about giving us a glimpse into the glorious life of lobster, from watching him get his strength back, eat, build his environment to make himself happy abd then watch him moult and be renewed bigger and stronger. Its been quite a ride and Brady is a marvelous guide! His narration and inquisitive nature paired with a tender, compassionate soul make every episode a must watch. I am always filled with so many emotions watching every episode. Its so well-filmed and narrated. It addsso much to my life.
