Lentil and tomato salad

Today we are preparing one of the quickest and easiest dishes of the channel, a delicious and nutritious salad where its natural and satiating ingredients will make it a dish that you can easily use as a main course.
Try it to experience this delicious combination of legumes with fresh vegetables. You will surely repeat.
Here are a few tips to make it perfect:
In this recipe I have used cooked lentils from a jar, but you can perfectly cook them yourself at home.
If you use cooked lentils or salt them when cooking, you don't need to put salt in the salad. Note that I have not put any.
If you are going to add salt, do it before adding the oil. Think that the oil forms a layer that does not allow the food to absorb the salt.
As for the oil, obviously you can use another one, but I have not seen a better combination than fresh tomato seasoned with olive oil. If it is extra virgin, much better. You will notice more intensity of flavor at the same time that you will have a healthy and nutritious plus.
There is little more I can comment on this dish given its simplicity.
