Could this charge a cell phone bua USB port?

I'm wondering... Does this amp sound any better (or worse) through headphones rather than the speaker?

From when I tested the amp, better headphones produced a better sound, but not by a lot. Definitely better products out there.

Is it good for playing bass?

Definitely look at something else for bass, it won't handle to low frequencies for bass. More of a farting sound would be produced on this :(
