I'm impressed by your jump height. Almost nailed the road jump as well.
I love this channel because all of the great content and not making videos with jerky moves trying to impress people while hurting oneself. Thanks Kris. And God I wish I lived in a place with such great locations to train outside instead of training at home the whole time.

You inspired me to start making videos. As soon as I discovered your channel I realised- Thats what I always wanted to achieve! Though, I still need to work a lot to reach your level. If I ever visit Sweden I would love to do a workout with you, it would be an honor.
I was really consistent with bodyweight and weight training for many years. The last 8 months I gained so much weight and got into the habit of just over eating and doing nothing but sitting down activities. I get winded during regular walks and feel like getting a good breath of air is difficult even when sitting down sometimes. Watching your videos is a big reminder for me to stop the nonsense I'm involved with now and begin again the health and strength journey that once brought me so many gains, inside and out.
