Of course its not antisemitism. There are 50mln refugees after the WW2, billions of victims of these processes. The overall internal death toll of the arabian world is hundreds of times higher than of all Israeli wars, half of the map if redrawn after the WW2. Right now millions of Afgans expelled from Pakistan. And we look at people who build cities, roads and gardens. And people who cut of babies from moms bellies and call their moms to share how cool it was. And the problem is in roads, of course..

How so very nice to learn that NOAM CHOMSKY stood up with EAST TIMOR - I’m so Happy , so VERY Grateful ! My Parents never made it possible to return to the place they loved the most… Down to Fascist Governments as they can create too much pain. I might now be able to take their remains back to where they belong: EAST TIMOR !

Because unfortunately when there’s been a decades long propaganda machine hard at play through western media and Hollywood through film etc, to paint Arabs and Muslims as barbaric terrorists, in order to dehumanize them and continue to get away with facts like the ones in this lecture.. people tend to really not care.. because Palestinians have been painted as the aggressor. But just as with everything.. things done in the dark eventually come to the light and the tide is shifting towards more awareness of the plight of the Palestinians

My knowledge of the existence of Gideon Levy dates back to the 70s when I was still in high school. We obtained information about him at the time from certain specialist magazines and we could not even benefit from a photo of him to personalize him in the flesh. His articles were widely read and appreciated, and I myself keep graffiti in my memory several articles of him which helped me form a value judgment on the Israeli politics of the time. We were so impressed by his thinking and his courage, because he was the only Israeli capable of denouncing certain racist or criminal acts either by his government or by his fellow citizens. For this he enjoys an exceptional aura and unparalleled respect in both Moroccan intellectual and student circles. But since I had become a print journalist like him, I had begun to harbor certain doubts about his intellectual health; asking me a bunch of questions about its contradictory facets; because how is it possible for a talented journalist; who is at the same time a writer, to accept colonization? to live under the protection of an apartheid regime? to support the daily massacre of Palestinians? to never deny the lie maintained around the expulsion of the Jews from Palestine that another writer has denied with supporting evidence? And not to leave Palestine to save his reputation as required by professional ethics and the ethics of belonging to the family of writers ???

He could have found a solution to this mess in the region, too bad he's being ignored for decades from the mainstream media, all by design. When a country is established based on a religion or ethnicity, the manner in which it behaves….its government’s foreign and domestic policies and actions will, per force, rightly or wrongly, reflect upon that entire religion or ethnicity. People are irrational. They don’t distinguish between what a nation’s government does and the citizens of that nation. For whatever reasons, the leaders of both Israel and the Palestinians have failed to find justice They want justice for themselves but don’t seem to care enough about the rights of the other. They can’t get beyond their tribal identities to see others as equally worthy . There are tremendous pressures to remain intractable on both sides. And the people…the inhabitants are caught in the middle. Like people everywhere, they just want peace, security, a measure of prosperity and a chance to live their lives and raise their families in safety. People become irrational. when they are targets of propaganda. Easily fired up. Quick to join mass movements. Quick to fall into an “us and them” mentality. I’m dismayed but not surprised to see a rise in anti-semitism after what has happened. When excited, people discard nuances. Zionism, like colonialism, and imperialism have consequences. Not all Americans supported our deeds in Viet Nam. Not all Arabs or Muslims supported the attack on 9/11. But Arab Looking Americans were beaten or killed for it. Not all east Asians are Chinese. But they were blamed for covid and attacked on the street and their businesses were vandalized and shunned . Not all Jews support the policies of the Israeli government. But even they can be targets of pro-Palestinian anger. People are irrational.

The land grab started then, no wonder the Palestinians were not good with the idea, they only could lose. All led by the UK well before 1947. After WWI it started. Arthur James Balfour helped the zionists, he entertained the idea for many years, after the holocaust the world felt they had to do some good. Look what good that has brought? They could have gone anywhere else, but hey, their old book of lies said it's their land, what an excuse, why doesn't the world quit believing in such books of lies?

But as the US is falling apart from within (look at the failed house speaker, version 2 happening), who will jump into the void? It's a mess, most of the world have blindly ignored the huge cesspool that is the Zionists takeover of Palestinian lands and their human rights.

There's one change urgently needed in the UN Security Council. Any permanent member involved in any international conflict, either directly or indirectly, must transfer all the United Nation Security Council resolutions to the UN General assembly. For instance, not only is America involved in the Israeli war but the British Empire, with his out-posts of Australia and Canada are also involved, making Britain's vote at the Security Council blocked the same as America. However, everyone gets an equal vote in the General Assembly, making the final UN decision not unfairly stacked against one country in favour of another.

Israel's crime in Gaza and the insane occupation of Palestine for 70 years have put human conscience and honor to the test. So much right and wrong are standing in this disaster. There is no rational or customary reason and argument in choosing the false line, in which all the evil people of the world are present. The false choice is nothing but contempt for human beings, honor, pride and dignity of humanity. Undoubtedly, Gaza is Karbala and the field is the field of choice between dignity or humiliation. Honor or meanness and finally angel or devil Regarding the issue of Gaza, I realized that the choice is not difficult because of the clarity of the truth, but very simple. Undoubtedly, I take the side of the truth and avoid everything that threatens my humanity.

Regan did a lot of good in international relations. I, and most Australians, were ashamed of Keeting for his recognition of Indonesian I East Timor. Israel SHOULD be dragged into the UN and be FORCED to Answer for their Crimes, including International crimes in Palestine!

It's a supremacy of Humanitarians honor to hear this kind of freethinkerslike Professor Chomsky ! When i see him,i remember Our Brother Edward D Saïd and so many others like Mahmoud Darwiche Samih AlKacem who were, teenagers Standing in Palestine occupayed and slaped by those who came from their european countries to practice thé same kind of atrocities on Our Palestinian People : Christians,Muslims and Palestinian Arab Jewich communities !?I remember one of m'y professors who told us about Mr Pablo Picasso who was orinting Guernica, this spanish village wich was devastzted by Franco's milichias allied with hitlerian nazis in thé civil War !One of the germans officers told him that his peinting was very interesting ? Picasso replayed to him:"It's yours Idea !?"or something liké this !?Nowadays,thé Ghetto Ghazza looks like Guernica in Big dimensions, but thé same Drama and Violence commited to the nazism ideology !!?

So, why the Independent reporters don’t give the Evidence of the videos and and interviews to different leaders and propose the arrest on the Israel Prime Minister. This needs to be presented to the International Court in The Hague and tried as WAR CRIMINAL.

I have two questions for philosoph ,hi must to know. Palestinin its in istorical terytory of Israel (kindom of Israel)? for all of us to know who's agresor. You talking just of conflict ,this will not have a end. Who's attached first that its wrong. Its one more of this situation between Moldova and Russian made a Transnistria autonomie were Moldova has been put face to face with Transnistria but Rusia and there's allys left in background and supart this region this its a international low.,you like isn't? Like this its a Palestine ,Gaza vs.Israel. Has been made a autonomie in istorical teritory to keep Israel, region in tension for anexation of historical teritory of another country like Israel
