Learning to be comfortable in hell

Learn more at rickson.academy
In the 1980s, in his golden years as a competitor, Master Rickson Gracie became famous for having one of the most feared mounts in the history of the sport.
And why is it that his mount is, to this day, so feared and respected?
The main reason is that his mount would impose so much discomfort to his opponents, that none of them could adjust, breathe and escape the heat.
One of the secrets taught by Rickson to get you to feel comfortable amid the chaos and discomfort consists of wisely moving the hips, in tandem with the positioning of the elbows, always flush with the body.
Check out, in this exclusive video for Rickson Academy, an essential piece of advice for you to avoid getting crushed to the point that your mind can only think of surrendering.

Why do these legends never wear a rash? I thought it was essential.

Oh no, not at all. Rash guards became popular for BJJ competition for over the last 10-15 years, but before that it was always just kimono. I spent 30 years doing judo with no rash and after awhile you don’t even feel the strawberries, burns, or rash. These old timers are used to no rash guards. Heck, we used to get blasted if the men wore an undershirt.

@@KeoniLima i see. Thanks. I’ve heard that out of respect for women that when rolling men should always wear a rash. It gets intimate rolling with total strangers and i believe it’s a good idea not knowing anyone’s reasons for training or background in life.

That ch ch ch is such a horrible tell coz it’s an indication that she’s thinking and you’ll notice it gets loud just when she’s about to exert an effort.
