These exercises seem really good for isolating muscle development,, but you have such great posture which I "think" comes from your training. Is posture critical to get most out of these excercises? If so, could you do a vid or series on learning/developing/good practices for proper posture/alignment?
I love that you included stretches..so many workouts on you tube do not. More likely to do it if instructors does it with you..🤗
