The sight and sound of that freighter the beginning being escorted by the two TIE fighters is bone-chilling

that's exactly what I was thinking. of course its fake, thats the whole POINT. if this is how the effects in the movie are going to be, I'm excited. It looks very realistic and it's very well done. sweet.

+JoshuaDavidBaughman actually if you go by empire at war a star destroyer is only 6000 galactic credits and half a week of work to build, so reasonably cheap knowing that 2-3 of them with a full complement of troops would be able to conquer the world in a couple of days if not hours. but it is worth noting that one credit is worth about 62 cents USD. sorry to be a dick

Thanks for the info, as I’m always hearing this word thrown around a lot of the internet and wondered what it meant. I thought it was someone who reported all your videos as ‘inappropriate or offensive’ in order to get them removed from KZread and that type of stuff, so I suppose I weren’t far off :)

MarkLittleVai Troll is rather hard to define, but the best way to explain it is "a person who amuses himself at the expense of others". So people who report videos for fun are trolls and so are people who pretend to be dumb to get attention. There are many kinds of trolls, often they are complete douche bags but sometimes they are really nice and subtle (subtle trolls are often the best kind of trolls). But the main thing all trolls have in common are that they just want as much attention as possible (unless they just dislike/report a video for fun)

For a second I fell for it and actually thought they built and recorded the scale model AT-AT in the thumbnail, but then the Imperial shuttle flyby crushed my dreams - but still awesome

Yeah. The entire Sequel Trilogy is like that. I appreciated the differences between the OT and Prequels with technology, rule of the galaxy, armies, and battles, compared to all of those differences in the Original Trilogy. Then the Sequel Trilogy just comes along and it's just rebels vs imperials all over again almost down to the core of the plot.

Normally, I'd be a little worried but after seeing episode 6 and watching how AT-ATs were being brought down, and Storm Troopers couldn't stand to a bunch of tiny tribal teddy bears I don't feel so worried. Plus, Storm Troopers have the accuracy of a 4 year old with a potato gun.

Awesome FX. Honest question: Why would there be over 1,100 down votes? Is it because they think the FX are somehow inferior, or is it just a knee-jerk reaction from non Star Wars fans?
