I Made a Hoth Battle Diorama

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

#StarWars #Battle #Diorama
A couple weeks ago, I got my hands on two AT-AT kits from Bandai. In an attempt to be original, I decided to use them in a battle of Hoth diorama.
Jokes aside though, Hoth has been on my to-do list for a long time and I've also had many requests for it. I finally got around it it and had a lot of fun!
I get great tips from: @CajunCraftastrophe

Even though those cinematic shots already looked perfectly fine before, editing the wires out really brought a new vibe/experience to the project. It was almost as if we were viewing a real Battle of Hoth, only miniature! Already eagerly anticipating your next upload. A very clean and top quality project yet again!

Absolutely incredible, and I loved the “cinematic” glamor shots at the end, but would love to get and up close of all the “important” details. I love learning all the little thing most people won’t know about a beautiful diorama. Keep doing you, love your works of art.

I'm almost as mesmerized by all the various tools/gadgets as I am by the assembling. (I did have some phantom gum pains when you were using that dental tool. Those freaking things are torture devices!) Once again, amazing! Thank you for giving me back my SW childhood for a few minutes. Heaven knows the current SW writers have destroyed enough of it.

I am a Combat Infantry Veteran of the Iraq/ Afghanistan war with two deployments. I saw the Empire Strikes Back in the theater in the Netherlands when It came out. Years later, I can honestly relate to the trench combat on Hoth. You should do an in-trench diorama of the combat the Rebels fought to show hoe fierce they were and gave their all.

look... I'm 55 years old and I have seen EVERYTHING Star Wars. Behind the scenes, how it was made, blah blah blah. I saw Star Wars (not a New Hope) when I was 10 years old and this is FUCKING amazing. Not sorry about the profanity. This just takes me back. Back to when it was just Star Wars and not some new regurgitated shit. This made me actually feel something. Thank you for that. Can I buy you a coffee? A beer or a good shot maybe. Show me where to send the $$. Love your work Sir and what you do brings a joyful tear to me eye. Hats off to you. =)

This reminds me of some world war 2 dioramas I saw at a military museum as a kid. Probably around 1980.. It was of the Kokoda Trail jungle battle in Papua New Guinea. Similar scale. I was in awe and it inspired my interest in not only military history but small scale dioramas as well. My grandfather survived that battle. It must have been rough.
