I am running a company for three years now, doing really good via Upwork Alhamdulillah, and like everyone, want to explore more channels other than upwork. Email marketing and just going outside of upwork is something I have always struggled with. And I cannot thank you guys enough. Haha. Yeah we tried for a few months but didn't have much success. We should have spent more time on it, but there was some lack of proper planning as well. Hopefully we'll be starting it soon once again

@@imhashir bro it's common, i am also doing good with platforms and want to get out of them because of the feedback system, fake projects, and deadlines, I have also tried email marketing, and it didn't work for me either

Dont know who this guy is and never heard ehmad earlier, but I have been into sales and all the things he has brought up are realistic and correct... i listened to the full podcast and even repeated some parts for my understanding.. i think you should interview him again with some other insights for the product market or how he is going to invest in what businesses as he mentioned those bits also... A business is a combination of multiple functions including sales. A business is an asset that can be sold or purchased. A function itself, like sales, cannot be sold or purchased.
