Lea is pitch perfect as usual, but Liz's version has more joy and passion in it. Lea has more drama and pride in her singing, while Liz seems more vulnerable and warmer, but effortlessly powerful. Both are incredible singers.

When I first heard this song the first thing come in to my mind it was Lea who sang this for the movie Anastacia. Liz Callaway and Her really sounded a like. I love them both esp Lea Salonga (An avid fan here 🙌). And now I think my day is complete knowing Lea sung also this song that I mistakenly thought it was her who sang this originally. Liz and Lea really have resemblances when they sing... I too thought that lea was anastasia until also saw liz who is also an equally brilliant singer //:)

Lea is amazing as always, but I think Liz hits the high notes more effortlessly and keeps her tone fuller. Most people tend to favor Lea, and Liz is sort of underrated... but if you listen carefully, Liz surpasses Lea at times.

I also actually thought it was her that sang this in the movie production. Sad to have known it was a different singer but none the less, Liz Callaway is a great singer. I just prefer Lea over her a hundred times.

Lea sings that word ‘past’ perfectly. The girl who plays Anastasia scoops that note in her KZread videos. I am not sure if it’s the musical director.s direction but it’s a turn off. Lea does it so well.
