    This has nothing to do with „kopytka” (which is similar to gnocchi for those who don’t know). Where’s the potato which is the basic ingredient? This is closer to what we also would call „lazy pierogi” (a cross between kopytka and pierogi, more cottage cheese and all mixed together). But this is clearly not a Polish recipe, its a Ukrainian recipe. So in this case the thing that a Ukrainian person says goes here, it’s neither kopytka nor pierogi :)

    Love these! Such a great breakfast or anytime meal. My mom used to make these for brunch on the weekends . Love it with the sour cream. Then are soo good!!
