This may be a strange question, but, it you could, where did you get your glass from? The one used to cut the dough. We always had those same drinking glasses when I was younger. I've looked everywhere to get some again, but can't fine them any longer. Thank you, in advance. Thank you for your recipes also! 💕

which cut of pork would you recommend if substituting for the beef ? i find beef a bit too dry

It took us roughly 8 minutes but it all depends on how fast you knead and how well the dough comes out. You want to be sure it isn't to sticky.

You don't show how to actually make the pierogi!!!
