I doubt it. They're more likely busily playing the victim of a speeding yobs invading their precious neighbourhood, despite the video evidence showing otherwise. Accepting blame and accountability requires a degree of self awareness these folks are incapable of or they wouldn't have put themselves in that position in the first place.

I've seen people being served on video. It is legal to film going to a persons house and serving them. When they answer the door the process server hands them the papers. If they don't take them, they drop them at their feet and they are considered served, especially when its all on video.

I didn't even think about the loss of profits. from not being able to use the lambo. Bury these guys DDE. Also, love how you turned this L into a dub with these videos documenting the process and making bank from that.

I would bet that Damon was driving above posted speed, but Not 55 or 65 miles per hour. Regardless no matter if he was speeding or not the gang of clowns cannot be vigilantes and stop and damage a vehicle. In short it doesn’t matter at this stage if Damon was speeding or not. The entire case is about the workers taking the law into their own hands, stopping Damon and then smashing his windshield.

If not they need to be able to. And if it was set up with the speeder in mind it could be set up efficiently.

Hi Dave & Damon,.Thank you for the update on the Slegdehammer matter. In regards to your last comment on how impressed you are with the police officer's report, I want to make a few comments if I may. Firstly, this cop was very professional in every aspect of his work, and being a former cop, this cop was the best. Secondly, with experience, it is very easy to talk to a number of people and get their verbal statement, and even if the report does not get done for hours, an experience investigator can practically put down on paper, nearly word for word, what each individual first stated to him upon his investigation. I was really impressed with this cop, as he did his job really well.

These guys are dealing with the matter so great hope you guys get Justice for your windshield

i am living for this series

I'm more of a motorbike than a car guy but there's a lot of crossover when it comes to how we are occasionally treated by some people so I subbed and hit the bell to follow this case.... I hope you pursue them to the limits of what the law allows.

Most of us when we hit 40+ start get a lot more calm and calculating than when we were younger. In your 20s you are all head strong and act a fool because you don't develop the skills of self control until later and you got more testosterone flowing through you than hulk hogan. By the time you get into your 30s that mature hormone level starts to take over and your frontal cortex is fully developed. Your life experience also plays a part. You know that if you act like a bama you might go to jail so you hold back a bit but you're still willing to put hands on someone if they get in your face regardless if they are posturing or not. By your 40s you're smart enough not to get baited into doing something stupid. You have confidence in your ability to defend yourself so you don't worry if someone gets in your face and screams at you or threatens you. You know keeping a level head and not losing it is the key to controlling the situation or winning the fight if needed. This is why you don't fck with older people, particularly those between 40-60. We are still strong going from our prime to getting some age on us but we're way more experienced and ruthless than any young guy.
