This was extremely helpful. We have a two-party hearing in a week in which I will be seeking to extend our temporary harassment prevention order against our neighbor, who has destroyed our property three times and has been incessantly harassing us. Thank you so much for clarifying all of these things. We know the defendant will have a lawyer, so we hired a lawyer too. Super expensive, but it is very important that we win this case and we know how much the defendant will be fighting against it. Thank you!

My wife was granted exclusive possession of the home during the divorce proceedings. I breached the curtilage of the property because a strange car was parked on my driveway. I then determined the car belonged to my daughter. She saw me on our Blink camera. She filed for an order of protection. Will it be granted?

I had the judge stop my child support on the protective order, but is actually the child support judge that has to stamp it. They collected off me 2 years AFTER i had full custody. Siezed my accounts. Sorry no refunds

It amazes me how one person's lies can take everything from him, including his children. ALL of these orders that take a mans freedoms and his ability to protect himself should go before a jury. Title 9D incentivizes these court actions and creates bias against the real victims
