We have a two-party hearing in a week in which I will be seeking to extend our temporary harassment prevention order against our neighbor, who has destroyed our property three times and has been incessantly harassing us. It amazes me how one person's lies can take everything from him, including his children. ALL of these orders that take a mans freedoms and his ability to protect himself should go before a jury. Title 9D incentivizes these court actions and creates bias against the real victims
