What makes me happy is when I get Gems on my Sonic the Hedgehog 4 game
I stay in South Carolina and had the worse experience with legal services … gave me misinformation about a case where I ended up losing my home .
What if you already share what you have and each of you don’t anything from each other
Does infidelity have to be intimate or would financial infidelity count as grounds in SC?
I have never had a rash until moving into this house now I have atopic dermatitis but my dr said something is triggering it my kids husband and I have eye issues and sinus issues. I’m in Oklahoma and the landlord rented the house knowing of a roof leak and here we are 6 months later shes on the roof doing it. Nail holes everywhere.
I got a second mortgage and they forgave me on it, the housing market went up I sold the house because I knew they going to come after me, I bought another house and I paid it in full.... Because I knew if I waited, I know the bank was going to sell it to somebody.... 😂😂😂😂😂⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️⛷️
Do you all see these Ambulatory laws ? I cannot find them again.. in had tons of computer scrambling..and got pretty tired of no simple help....private memberships ? Overages ? Llc's ? Pyramid is right on the dollar ! 🤔 Ever wonder why we don't use our own money than a pvt bnk. ? Id is specific. Also..trading info..without permission in bnks...12'411. Pictures were altered from looooooong ago too. Look at Congressional paperwork !! All seem to be an accessory to pleeeeenty of unknown, circumstances...Cops are also versed in deception as well. Our world has all fallen into a lot of cheating and no fair play out here.
Good content! Thanks guys
I think it’s absolutely absurd that both don’t have to agree. My wife moved out Friday to an apartment I didn’t know about. Took our 4 yo son and started dating another guy who she’s introduced to our son, is openly admitting to sleeping with the guy and there’s nothing I can do. I don’t want the divorce. I want her to get this fling out of the way and get home so our son can have both parents under the same roof.
If as the Respondant this is the amount of effort you are willing to put into your defense then expect the same result as what we see here
Does the same thing apply for hotels and air bnbs?
the judge is not given

I've been separated about 6 years now. My question is how do I prove I served him if idk where he is? All I know is he's in another state his family won't tell me anything and they will not give him the paper for me. Is serving their last known address enough ? And if so how exactly does that work?

My dad had wanted us 5 kids to each get a part of this tiny bit of land he owned. Some years after he passed away my mom wanted each of us to sign a paper. I signed it without realizing what it meant as my mom said we needed to sign so a deed could be made. Anyhow, after my mom passed away my sister started to pay the taxes on this 2/3 of an acre. On the tax document was only listed her name and 1 other name. So 3 of us left out. But why would she bother paying taxes each year on such a small piece of land anyhow (?). I kind of feel like I got cheated, even though it wouldn't of been much value (money).
If the SC law passes or has passed concerning advertising ( where a person who does not own the property cannot advertise the property.
How is it that the landlord has more protection than actually the tenant after a one-year lease has completed its terms, but the tenant has continued to live there for five more years. Isn’t that a habit isn’t that expected? I mean to just come out of nowhere and to be given a notice to vacate without saying anything when you have a repetitious Understanding that this will go on for continued years but because of an argument about repairs now you have a 30 day notice to vacate and he’s protected because your lease was signed and 2019 and that term of lease ended you automatically go month-to-month, but month-to-month protects the landlord even more so than the annual one year lease terms and why does he not come as a representative each year to sign a new lease? Is that actually the tenants responsibility to ask for a new annual lease because for him to be able to literally decide whatever he wants to do without being held to any terms is ridiculous. That’s not right.

I have/had mold in my apartment, weak floors, roach and bedbug infestation. My kitchen floor collapsed. Fire Marshall had to cut my leg from floor from vacant apt underneath me bc it was breached onto metal rod and tangled in wiring. They discovered black mold everywhere, later condemning the building. I have pictures and also video of maintenance manager admitting that he and property management were aware of the situation. I have an attorney for my personal injury, however, the black mold is a different matter. Can you be of assistance?

My old nail tech has filed a 14 day order of protection against my girlfriend & I and lied about everything it’s sad that this is how the law works. You can be severed for a false story my court date is May 2nd and I don’t know what to expect so I came across this video.
Update : I won. His case got dismissed and I have been advised to go to small claims court. I have one in 3 days. It’s my first and hopefully my last. I’m actually moving away from my apartment to purposely avoid this toxic neighbor who owes me money, but pulled a gun on me when I came to ask for my money back. Then he goes to the court for a protection order of harassment, said that I threatened his life with my egg in hand. Please wish me luck as an African man in America I do not want any trouble with anyone.
Ha, in pr it is automatic, she just needs to ask
Will removing the carpet help if the rest of the apartment is moldy .. 2:20 2:23

It's about landlord doing the right thing. Alot of landlords will fail to maintain properties and tenants suffer. Maybe landlords do the right thing to avoid lawsuits?
Important! Thank you 🎉🎉

Thank you so much. I'm a former attorney and needed some info on how to answer a complaint from a credit card company. I just needed info on how to format a general denial but this was helpful.
We're glad you found the information helpful! Thank you for watching!
I’ve watched these videos for a while now and thank you for taking the time to teach a new little lesson every week
Thank you so much for this positive note! We appreciate you taking the time to view the episodes and following along every week.
So basically the banks created this mess and they get off scot-free. While the borrower is holding the bag because they killed the housing market.
That phone number doesn’t work Define in detail what constitutes the “dangerous property” term u raised a scenario u didn’t speak on property Also how does harassment, retaliation abd 4th amendment violations play into this ? And what Agencies exist for enforcing/protecting from “no self help” or illegal landlord or innkeeper actions ?

I had a situation where I gave possession to a buyer prior to closing ; when he could close due to lack of funds, I gave him a 2 month extension to close. After 4 months when sales contract expired, he still did not have fund to buy. He refused to vacate and to pay rent. So after 2 months of negotiations, I returned his hand money in exchange for a month to month rental and he paid rent under that agreement for 4 months. During those 4 months, 2 payments bounced, but he did end up paying; he also violated material terms, causing property damage. So I served him notice to quit at the end of the current term which is feb 29, 2024. He is refusing to leave and threatens more damage. My notice to quit was for term expires and I am moving back into the property & property is no longer for rent. That said, my questions: 1. Since the original sales contract expired 8/31/23 and I gave up the hand money even though he breached that, can he use that to argue jurisdiction issue to remove from magistrate court and if he can, how do I defend that since I have a month to month rental agreement since November 11, 2023. 2. I also only put the property damage in the Notice that was a township code violation. When I have the eviction hearing, can I add the other damage? I have photos. 3. What do you think my chances are to gaining the eviction at magistrate level? I’m 72 and my property is my only asset - I cannot afford an attorney so I’ve researched the “Landlord Tenant Act of 1951” that my state follows. I appreciate any feedback and hank you for your time.
