In fact, Bruno is probably more attuned to his Filippino roots from his mom's side, since he is from Hawaii, a place where they got a lot of Pinoys, plus the Pacific island climate, culture, and food are more similar to the Philippines than Caribbean PR. Not to mention, Brunos dad is only half Boricua, with the other half being Jewish.

This is great. I had no idea that a few of these guys were Latino or spoke Spanish or Portuguese so beautifully. I really wish that learning Spanish was a part of mandatory curriculum in American schools from day 1 through graduation. It’s such a widely spoken language and would open up our world to being able to meet & communicate with so many new people in countless places without relying on or expecting them to speak English. Such a shame that it’s not.

Yeah, Spanish is a beautiful lang, so I get why you'd want that. But personally,, I think it's important to teach the indigenous languages of the states or regions where the schools are located. 'Cause there are over 60 mil indigenous ppl throughout the western hemisphere, and they're quickly switching to Spanish, English, or Portuguese due to those langs being dominant and the discrimination they face if they don't switch. For ex, in 2021, there was a case where Juan Pablo, an Otomi boy, was attacked by his non-indigenous Mex classmates. Luckily, he survived. Also, it's been proven that the loss of biodiversity is linked to the loss of indigenous langs. So, teaching indigenous langs would be a smarter choice, IMO. It gives a glimpse into many indigenous worldviews. 😊👍

NOT LATINS, NOT LATIN BLOOD, THEREFORE NOT LATINO. IN SOUTH CENTRAL AMERICA AND MÉXICO THE ONLY PEOPLE CALLED LATINO AND HISPANIC ARE US SOUTHERN EUROPEANS OF LATIN MEDITERRANEAN ORIGIN. OBVIOUSLY THE SAME IN LATIN EUROPE. PUSHING AND CONTRIBUTING TO BRAINWASHED NORTH AMERICAN MISAPPROPRIATION OF FOREIGN TERMS SUCH AS LATIN/LATINO AS TRENDING PROPAGANDA FOR SOCIAL STATUS TO APPEAR MORE DESIRABLE DOES NOT JUSTIFY THE CONTINUING CONTRIBUTIONS OF CULTURAL THEFT. THE TERM LATINO DERIVES FROM THE TERM LATINI, THE LATINI WHERE THE VERY FIRST LATIN TRIBE TO EXIST FROM ITALY! LATINI IS PLURAL MEANING MORE THAN ONE LATINO! AND LATINO IS SINGULAR FOR LATINI MEANING ONE LATINO. THE SAME WITH LATINA AND LATINE. ALL TERMS CREATED BY THE TRUE LATIN PEOPLE OF ITALY. PUSHING BRAINWASHED AMERICAN MOSTLY NORTH AMERICAN CULTURAL RAPE AS A FASHION TREND FOR “PROFIT & GAIN” NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED. YOU CAN NOT BE PART OF AN ORIGIN, HISTORY AND ETHNICITY WHICH YOUR ANCESTORS FACTUALLY ARE NOT HISTORICALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR
