Late Night Walk in Tokyo Harajuku | Fashion Capital at 2AM

Have you watched Alice in Borderland on Netflix? In it, there is a scene of Tokyo city where there is no one but the main characters. After watching that drama, I wanted to walk around Tokyo late at night. The place was Harajuku, known as a fashion city, and the time was 2AM.
I thought that just walking around might be boring for a video, so I added a little kinda guide to Harajuku and my memories. The content is totally different from my previous videos, but I hope you enjoy.
It's night so of course all the shops are closed, but some of them "closed down" due to the pandemic. Still, the culture won't die.

One of the main reasons why some parts is dead is because the transport eg. Trains stop running at 11pm or 12am till 5am I think. They do it to repair and check all the train lines to see if there’s any cracks etc. japan really goes above and beyond to make sure that the Japanese people are safe.

12:06 I think there was a homemade taco place in this yellow store many years ago. I remember it being outside on the second floor 🙂 I've never been to Harajuku at night, but this video made me want to visit. Maybe it would be better during a weekday, as there will be even fever people around.

Thank you! That was one of best videos I've seen. It reminds me William Gibson's novel "Idoru". Love that atmosphere and surprised by that shire. Great place. Hopefully will visit Japan one day.

You really managed to capture the "alice in borderland" enviroment! I just found your videos and i can't stop watching!!!!! It's such an eerie feeling to see this enviroment like this, it's almost surreal, to think that you have the opportunity to just strole there as you want whenever you want is so cool! For me it is so distant and i would really love to do it some day!! This reminds me of Resident Evil - Raccoon City game as well! Just lovely!!!

I watched this at 2x speed & it seemed like I was walking around a neighborhood in a video game... especially with the walking feet sounds.

Ahhh, this is the type of vlog I've been looking for! Someone that doesn't say anything, but adds little tidbits of their thoughts at the moment in the subtitles! I find it very charming, I'll definitely check up some of your other stuff!

In my country if I’m outside by 8pm, I’m panicking, super alert, near tears and hoping I don’t get murdered. I try to get home before 8pm. But some days traffic is so so bad
