Notes on using the APP “Laser Explorer” to connect to the Ortur Laser Master 3.
1. Ensure that you are using 2.4G wifi;
2. Select the correct device model (Ortur Laser master 3) when adding devices to the app;
3. Ensure that the wifi password is filled in correctly;
4. Keep the device as close to the router as possible for network distribution;
5. Please fill in the version number of the software you are using, we will do the test in a targeted way;

Hello this free app allows me to use it on AlgoLaser?
Why is Laser Explorer not currently available for iOS?
What can I do when the connection process stops at 40%? My phone is in my 2.4GHz Wifi and the password is set correctly.

Having the same issue, been trying many times without succes. Anyone maybe remember the solution to this?

Do you mean your macbook? We still posted another video to show how to connect with user's macbook.

I've never had this happen with any other app, apart from this one. I spent all day trying to figure out what the problem is. Just about give up.

@@orturnet I installed the up to date firmware, but still will not connect. But my main concern is it will not complete a job in Lightburn or Laser GRBL. It will get halfway through then stop. I went through my USB settings and turned off the sleep etc. Sometimes the laser continues to burn when it has stopped moving, and I have to shut it off. I adjusted the belts according to the video on the Ortur channel, still no good. The button flashes yellow and it beeps, which I think means a motor error. I have spent days trying to sort this out. I think I will have to send it back for a refund.
