Glad you had good luck, mine would never connect to the wi-fi and it worked for about two weeks before it quit.
This was an unexpected video. Happy to see you with new toys
“my son cleaned it up” - your son has hands that look remarkably like yours.
Fantastic machine, Rob! Congrats!!! 😃 The fact that you can control it with the smartphone is amazing! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Great. That's a perfect addition to any collection, Rob 👍😁. Just signing off projects with the engraver itself lends the end product with a touch of class.
Ok, now that is impressive, especially the app.
Cool! you have a laser for your work shop. I'm finishing up a 100w CO2 laser that's taken me 6 months to build. I'm amazed at the power it's got!
I love this video .. I need one now .. and that weaponized Batman buckle is very cool! (up for a fan visit? (kidding))
Very cool, thank you for taking us along on your journey. Any plans for a 3D printer?
CNCs and 3D printers just don't interest me but laser etchers do seem like they fill a gap. And I really like the idea of using the phone as a data source (Gosh, we've come a long way so quickly!) so there's no need to put a laptop in a dusty or maybe damp environment. This certainly looks like a good tool. I wonder though, can it etch on curved or otherwise sculpted surfaces? How about textured surfaces? Cloth? Well, there are a few experiments for you mate! It's certainly impressive but at the equivalent of about a thousand quid in the UK (they're always dearer over here!) it's still a bit too expensive for me. Great review Rob, I really enjoyed watching that. Lovely bright workshop too!
Nice review. The price seems steep given that you could get a 14" bandsaw for Grizzly for the same price.
Hello, I've had the Ortur laser 3 since October and as far as the 15mm cut on the medium is concerned, it's not at all conclusive! the cut is not even 30% up. (i am french excuse me for my language)
My man played with Legos after his siblings assembled them. I lost interest right after the last piece went on.
