A bit of investigation revealed it was the earth strap not doing its job. Fashioned a new one and it’s going well now. Thanks for watching!

Hi, thanks for watching and subscribing! I used a ratchet strap and a trolley jack to compress the springs for pre-load. I show the technique used in the front suspension rebuild series if you want to see. Thanks!
