Amazing content folks. Haven’t been able to find anything on the new gen Defender. I am only looking to add an amp and a sub. I have the 6 speaker 180w system. Do you know where I can get the audio signal from? No one here in Toronto wants to touch these cars with a 10 ft pole. I am confused on how to get the audio signal from the infotainment system to my loc/amp to run the sub. Any help would be appreciated 🙏🏻

@@CambridgeCarAudio I’m not doing a self install. I will have an audio shop do it but it would be great to get some tips from someone who has done a lot of these like you. I would have come to you but I am in Canada unfortunately. It’s just one missing part of the puzzle - where to get the audio signal from. :)

I have a new defender, but without the Meridian Surround extra speakers. To fit a package like this, do you install additional speakers or very different from what’s in the video?

We have packages available online but if you would like a custom package then I recommend you come see us and we can design it together or call us

How do you find the new Defenders to work on in comparison to the older stuff. Dont you think that the change in response curve may be to do with the way human hearing works at different volumes rather than the speakers response ,,, think of the loudness active eq curve on some equipment ,,, just saying. If you dont actually know what your talking about ,,, say nothing and just look silly , opening your mouth just removes the doubt.

I think you miss the point car audio is subjective to the individual, Most people today think good sound is boom box compressed sound i have no connection with this company what i feel they are doing is provide choice to clients if you are going to be this out spoken you should provide foundation as to who you are

That rattle... That buzzing... Drives me bonkers in my new Defender. Is it the trim or the mid speaker? it's 100 -250 Hz ish ? ?
