Say what? I don't give a dam if these people are nice or not, what does that have to do with anything? There are food safety laws for good reasons, and you are ok with completely removing all those apparently. Good God, what's wrong with these deplorables literally defending people who don't care about others potentially getting sick or dying. We've become a nation of willfully ignorant clowns trying to dumb down our society, if that's even possible.

Yep, this is one of those cases that start small but eventually end up in the Supreme Court. Overregulation has reached a turning point to where it's no longer about protecting customers, but rather protecting corporate financial interests.

You are going to put a farmer in jail, who gives exquisite food to the community. You are crazy. Amos is doing it the right way. Whoever died from Listeria, do we know what their medical history was? I live in PA, I buy from Amos, I never have gotten sick and I do not know anyone who has gotten sick. Either way, there is risk in life. I would never drink that Swill milk in the grocery stores. Those cows are tortured.

US Congressman Thomas Massie, Kentucky's 4th District has introduced legislation to reign in the FDA and other federal agencies that prey on family farms. "No pasteurization without representation!" If I want to buy raw milk from me neighbor, it should be a transaction between my neighbor and I, not the federal government bought and paid for by Big Agriculture.

I totally agree with Amos. In the inspection process itself, the things he must do to be in compliance, changes the quality of the meat or dairy. We, the customers, seek out foods that are untouched by modern practices, we prefer things raw and untouched by chemicals. Thats the whole point. Our own government should support our right to choose what we put in our own bodies. If its Children the Feds and the State are going to claim they are concerned about, then show the evidence where children are being harmed by grassfed raw dairy or unchemically treated meat. What do you think the Amish have been consuming since birth for generations? If it was so harmful dont you think they wouldve noticed. Globally: Thousands of years of children consuming raw dairy and meat untouched by modern chemicals, and now all of the sudden its bad for them? Do the Feds distinguish between how grainfed raw milk or meat and grassfed raw milk or meat, affect the body? Amos, and those like him, are selling grassfed, grassfinished raw food. Do Government Entities acknowledge a difference as it relates to its affects on the body? Feds and the State need to get out of our affairs. Said entities are supposed to be there to help ensure and preserve our natural rights, not take them away. Its kind of a wonder: If Government Entities are Regulating our Food Supply, why are there so many health problems in our Country: AutoImmune Diseases, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer, etc? Has their regulations resulted in less Health problems in this country? I would say the evidence is to the contrary..

They should be checking restaurants, more often, most restaurants don’t follow clean and safety with the food they serve…I worked in an American school kitchen…we could only serve American grown food for students and were checked constantly by state, no red hot ever! So to me the Feds should put money into states to check restaurants and the selling of food much more often. Because they are so short on state agents. The Amish are the least of my worries and out there crazy! Food coming from other countries aren’t checked enough for standards. Make the Feds work on that!

As you can Imagine some laws within a land are not good. If a bad law is passed by those who are not good, should we obey that which is bad? Look at other countries, look at history. China, North Korea, Historically: the Soviet Union. In North Korea, do you think it is legal to worship anyone but the Supreme Leader? Do you think its legal to have a bible, for believers to assemble? Do you think it was legal to engage in Christian practices in the Soviet Union? if your not sure maybe you should check it out. If Chinese legislatures ban bibles and the Ekklesia from assembling, should the Christians get rid of thier bibles and stop Assembling because it is illegal? If a law is bad, and it goes against his Word, do you think God would make you follow it? Does God not care about the health of the Temple that is the body? Jesus consumed raw milk, untreated, chemically untouched meat. He ate unregulated raw honey comb. Eggs from free ranging, unregulated birds. If God designed the human body to thrive off of certain foods prepared a certain way, should we ignore that? If the Government told you and your family to eat Garbage, or perhaps Lab Grown Meat, would you comply? If the Government forces you to get a mark on your forehead and hand, will you comply? If the Government forces your Children to have medical treatments and pharmaceutical substances they dont need, that causes them more harm than good, will you comply? Does God care about Justice? If a law is unjust, should you follow it?
