    I would imagine this show was / is on actual 'tv' aka: Network broadcast -- probably syndicated... and he's somewhat recently (last year or so?) started dumping episodes in snippets onto youtube due to the media outlet this is, exposure, and honestly he stands to make a lot of money as undoubtedly his subscriber rate will climb into the multi-millions with this caliber of interview style/show.
