same it's kinda hard at wide because someone is guarding you and they just slap the ball right out so i do need that video

He isn't that fast tho he is a lil above average. Probably because of his leg strength
His balance is in another stratosphere

I mean it ain't rocket science on how to stiff arm if you want more power on a stiff arm do bench press with bands and weights go down slowly and then explode up and you should be good at the stiff arm
