    McCaffrey's grandfather is Dave Sime, consistently one of the world's best sprinters for the last half of the 50's. He was THIS close to leaving Rome 1960 with two golds. I don't have a Dave Sime in my lineage.

    Do you feel burned out/groggy or do you feel really turned out/high energy levels. For example, when lifting when you’re early in the week and fresh vs towards the end of the week or a session when even if you’re “fresh” you’re still feeling not 100%
