Did you just wash them?....it looks like it was floating on a thin layer of water maybe....if they were polished completely flat, that would explain it

Hi Carey! I don’t wash the pieces til they’re done. When they’re finished they get cleaned in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. They were stacked there for three days awaiting polishing on a 220 grit pad.
