No, he does not discover any gold or sliver coins or other treasure from the historic 1715 plate fleet but he does find a valuable item of a more modern sort. A Samsung-type smartphone is located near a boardwalk and thankfully it still had a 30-percent charge. For this reason, the J-Man was able to call the husband of the woman who lost the found and get it back to her within hours after it had been lost.
