Looks quite a lot like the retrokits #RK002 which does all this midi magic inside a single cable, you can compile and upload in the browser (or just install a prepared processor) and it’s ready for action. There’s amazing stuff on this cable like Euclid generators, sequencers, polychaining - even video
Midi2.0 is coming soon... I hope they plan support this
This looks very similar to the Blokas Midihub? Which is available right now.

similar in the spirit but completely different if you dig a bit and to name a few differences : sysex compatible, 5 ins, 5 outs + USB Host, coding, open source presets, …
