Synth Anatomy is a music technology website based in Vienna (Austria) which has its focus mainly on hardware and software which are strongly related to electronic music production. My aim is to inform musicians about the new available music technologies available. I cover music trade shows, published tutorials, interview musicians & developers, review in depth synthesizers, drum machines, music software and more.

Excellent video. The Hades Reissue sounds great. The only thing I remark is the Cutoff opens simultaneously the gate, they seems hard-wired. Which is quite annoying IMO. I hope I'm wrong.
perfect synth if you need pleasant panning patterns fast
Big props for calling it the effing wiggler and not Orkulos or Taktol or some cool bs. Would be proud to own one.
Very cool!!!
How do you move the morph wheel without a mouse?
Thank you for this through tutorial 🙏🏽
Really interesting, and sounds great to boot!
Interesting. Looking forward to giving it a try.
thanks for your input :) hope you will enjoy QSYNTHI :)
cutoff on the right and amt to the left of Res might throw a lot of people off. Even though I tend move the filter amt more than the filter itself, still feels weird to have them on opposite sides in contrast to virtually all other synths?
Fortunately « it is not only the color » this one is horrible 😂
Ich hoffe, dass du in diesen sechs Jahren (wir sind im Jahr 2024) gelernt hast, besser Englisch zu sprechen. Ich habe fast nichts verstanden.
Very nice and compact rig. The best keyboard there though, is by far the Kronos. I've had one for 12 years and I've yet to find a keyboard that surpasses it performance wise.
Very nice. 👏🏼
first they ace the eminent string chorus where cherry audio failed, now this...
Excited by prospects for Zebra 3 - been a fan since hanging w/ Urs on Big Blue Couch/OSXAudio long ago
Great Video man!, thanks for sharing!
Did you hear about vst sytnh "linda audio digimorph"?
Christmas is going to be fun this year!!
Got my eye on the black model!
Finally a REAL modern version of the Casio SK-1. F*** the Chompi. Make a badass black and blue version!
I just made a little demo track with it. My opinion: This plug-in is an absolute BANGER!
Thank you for your great demo, Tom! ❤
thanks Björn for another great plugin :)
5:40 that filter resonance sounds excellent!! Digital filters don't often sound nearly that good at high resonance.
Sweet demo, thanks Tom!
sounds nothing like a six trak
There's always one person who has to remind us that a free VST somebody made in their spare time doesn't sound identical to a 40 year old piece of analog hardware that costs over $1000
But it sounds good though. Sounds are just sounds. It's what you can do with them in the studio that matters.
@@harrymartin684 I like the full bucket stuff, but there are too many vst plugs the look like something but are not actually it
@@indigoskywalkerWhat most people don't take into account is that none of FullBucket's synths have internal oversampling (it doesn't sound like it anyway) so they run at the sample rate of the host DAW - there is a massive, massive difference between running these synths at 44.1kHz and 96kHz. So much more detail, audio rate modulation sounds a lot better, and the filters tend to pick out harmonics in a much more realistic way.
@@harrymartin684 it didn't say it sounded bad, it's a great soft synth
Always ready for a Full Bucket of nice sweet synth plugi in !
Great video! What is the oscilloscope program you use to give such a good view of the waveform?
4:02 Playboi Carti! "I putta shruiiom o ma shick yeH yeH"
what song is that though?
Really hoping they make a pro 600 emulation
I grabbed it as soon as the email landed. Really good sounds, as always from FullBucket. 👍
yes always instant download for FBM stuff :)
i love it !
Never heard of this one great sounds
Any comments about Filter Threek 13700? )
What is the stand you are using for the Mini?
Can this be set to be Paraphonic? very few plugins seem to do this
A very very interesting device! Absolutely one of the top five most innovative devices in the last years! Thanks for the presentation.
That Bishop's Miscellany V2 looks amazing. It looks like the perfect way to add live performance to melody or bass, without going all the way to step-by-step, or conversely all the way into random and generative. It can't be released soon enough.
My only question is does the 6s have enough channels to get some good use out of the CR-78 update or should I just go with an 8s.
Didn’t impress me at all. Only noise
I just love their produts, great aesthetics, great sound and good availability. What more could you ask for? 10/10 eurorack brand
Nice video, looking forward to checking these out
Happy to see the AstroLab on your page :)
One of the best features here is expression MPE. How to record this because from a typical host the expression is lost.
Dan is so awesome! interviewer: your best selling module is the clock divider! Dan: o really?
Hello, I really enjoy your videos; they have provided me with a lot of inspiration. Could you please advise me on how to connect my Macbook, iPad mini 6, and Microfreak to an audio interface? I plan to use Live11 on my Macbook and AUM on my iPad with effects apps for the Microfreak. I've come across the Topping E1X2 audio interface, which has three Type-C ports: one for power, one USB-C, and one OTG. I know the USB-C can connect to my Macbook, but can the OTG connect to my iPad for your kind of setup? I asked the manufacturer, but they seem unsure... Hope you can help me fix this, thank you for you time and the great video!
thanks! that doesn't work. It always just one connection. First, go for a more quality interface. I wouldn't go for a Topping E1X2, that OEM stuff. Second. Just connect an audio interface via USB-C to your iPad with USB-C, go into AUM, select the interface, and you are ready to go. Either you can record inside AUM or you route the audio out to another audio interface. But an interface than can both at the same time, I didn't know any. You can try it but I didn't hear of any interface capable of doing this. Cheers
@@synthanatomy Thank you for your reply! I know that the Audio 4C interface can connect to both Macbook and iPad at the same time, but it costs $400. I might consider it in the future. For now, I'll simplify my workflow and go with the Minifuse 2. Thanks again for your patient response!
I would pay good money, to have a multimode filter on every single channel, with a wet/dry mix, as well as a bypass. Low pass, low shelf, bandpass, highpass, high shelf, with resonance for the relevant types. It would allow incredible things.
THIS started as a VCA
I’ve talked to Polyend on this Superbooth, and unfortunately when asked about bugfixes and updates to my Play+ the guy (not this one) knew nothing about it and everything he told me is - we will get to it, we were busy with Tracker+. I then told him that this is strange, to leave development of a basically newly released hardware in favour of some new development, especially when it is so bugged, but the guy just said - no worries, we were busy. This was a very frustrating discussion, and it would be hard to believe if I didn’t hear this myself.
the jump looks fantastic. i converted 3000 euro to AU and its about $4895.89 AU
sure the gray looks more 'professional'
Thanks for covering Rides in the Storm! Unfortunately there are not many videos about these very interesting and affordable modules, especially the new SED-CSM.
